  1. I would like to see him start at least one game so the Steelers can see what they have before the draft. I do not see that happening if they are still fighting for NHALS.

  2. Who’d have thought a 6th round rookie 3rd string QB who has never taken a single snap in the NFL coming off IR would get this much attention.

  3. There is still a large portion of our fanbase that still thinks Justin Fields was supposed to our QB of the future.

These are the same people that go to the bar and scream “run the ball” after every play that doesn’t work.

  4. Will Howard is a pretty likable guy. Yes he’s a 6th round draft pick, yes arm strength is a question mark. But the dude is a gamer and his attitude/approach to the game is infectious. When you have a hungry personality like his it makes others excited. Yes, it’s not probable that he becomes “the guy”. I think most rational fans get that. But there is no question that he wants it and is starving for an opportunity. Pair that with our fanbase who is starving for new life in every part of the game and get these results.

  5. When he was a freshman at Kansas State, nobody thought he’d be the MVP in an OSU title game.

Now he’s a 6th round pick that’s expected to be a QB2 at best. I think he’s possibly underrated and might prove people wrong, again. He’s a known unknown.

  6. Dude gonna go out there and look like Dillon Gabriel, and then the fanbase will lose their minds and blame
Tomlin for a 6th round pick playing like a 6th round pick.

How could they be so wrong? Because they are the same fanbase that thought Kenny Pickett was Him.
