Post-Game | Ryan Huska – 09.11.25

It’s another night to put up 30 plus shots, but um can’t find one to get to the back of the net. What do you take away from tonight? I liked a lot of our game tonight. You know, again, we’re not finding a way to to score, which you you have to do in in close games like this. You’ve got to find a way to get one by. Obviously, that goes without saying, but I did like a lot of our game tonight. Power plays, uh especially in the third period. U obviously those are big moments in the game. What did you see on those? Yeah, you need one there. Like that’s a situation where we needed to step up and and get us one. and um you know they had some zone time with it but there was nothing really threatening in um our our time on the power play in the third. Were you encouraged by particularly at five on five the quality of the chances you were able to generate tonight? Um yes and no. I I think we can do a better job of getting some more people to the net so the goalie can’t see the original shot. I thought the guys made some adjustments as the game went on. Um, but we we were able to um gain a fair bit of zone time tonight, which is something that’s important for us in in trying to find a way to wear opposing Dman down to get a few more chances at the game goes on. Just a word perhaps on uh the play of your goalender tonight. Uh again, I thought Deon played very well for us. He made some some key saves at some times, especially in the first period. Um he was really solid. Again, I know it’s still limited, you do any third start, but um you know, outings like these, he keeps stacking them just to continue to build confidence in coaching, you know, with the coaching staff and his teammates for Deon. Yeah. Um he’s he’s done that already. you know, like he’s he’s been consistent with how he’s shown up and I I do think he’s been an excellent teammate along the way as well. [Music]

Really why is huska saying I like a lot of game tonight no we did not show up tonight and I am so tired of him saying the same words every time oh we had a good game no you you lost 2 in a row and you can’t even score a goal ok fire huska now like now it’s time to do a change 4-11-2 awful just awful

  2. "I liked our game a lot." Huh? Dude has to go. We need a coach who employs a strategy that equals scoring goals. No goals would then result in him saying, "I did NOT like our game tonite. smh

  9. Time to send sharongovich to ahl and bring back Gridin. If you are 31st in the league for pp% for fs sake change the personnel. Put Zary and Klapka on the pp. Klapka can stand in front of the net. Zary can make some plays.

  15. You want the team to control what goes on, this it what happens. Starting with their captain. They had a good coach with Daryl there. But he gave them a little shit, and a kick in the ass which is necessary at times. And then they get a softy to take his spot. Daryl is laughing his ass off while driving his tractor in Viking, and making millions still.
