  1. Mason one day he will score 4 touchdowns for the Blackhawks. 😊

He accounted for 5 touchdowns as Edina beats Minnetonka 42-41 in a Minnesota State semifinals thriller!

Edina will play next Friday for the 6A State Championship

  2. Well rounded athletes make great hockey players. Hopefully he brings that compete level to the Hawks and adds that fire to the team. Looking forward to him being on the Hawks..

  3. Hope he doesn’t go for that sweet sweet college football NIL money and stick with Hockey…

  4. Those stadium lights hitting just right make for an epic shot. Kid’s got that clutch gene you can’t teach, putting up 5 TDs when elimination’s on the line.

  5. Championship game is next Friday, other semi-final is tonight.

That would be awesome if he can win a state title for his school, whole reason he wanted to return to play his final season. Good on him.

Winning state titles in both hockey and football would be quite an accomplishment. I know Anders Lee won the state title in football (also with Edina), don’t know if Lee won a hockey state title too. Pretty cool either way

*** Lee won a state championship in hockey at St. Thomas Academy, transferred back to Edina but didn’t win state there. Also did not win state in football, best finish was a semi-final loss ***

  6. Fuckin badass. Told everyone he was going back for one more season to try and win it all for his community and here he is.

  7. Kind of reminds me of when Al Bundy scored four touchdowns in the championship for Polk High in 1966

  8. Imagine being the star quarterback for your high school, a first-round draft pick in the show, 6’6″, and pretty good looking.

Shit is straight out of a fucking movie

  9. Leadership and athletic ability to go with his size. Its scary to think he’s rated as a higher hockey prospect when he’s been a pretty good high school QB.
