I just have this sinking feeling they’re gonna force it to AJ in this game and it’s gonna backfire
Between AJ himself, Lane commenting about the run game, and this, there’s a lot of red flags going on here. Coaching staff isn’t listening to their players. That’s why they’re going public.
KP can’t figure out how to work AJ is a damn mystery to me. Run some of the shit he ran with the titans, use some of the plays that Washington uses with Deebo, stop running Shipley and giving up a drive just because it’s 3-10.
The only silver lining in this is that you know it isnt a locker room problem or a issues with vibes, it literally just comes down to your coaches having their heads up their asses
Fuck, man. If we had a competent OC and a smarter HC, we would genuinely be unstoppable. I said this at the beginning of the season but, fuck, how did we just go and make the same exact mistake as two years ago, down to the fine details? Frustrating.
Read some breakdowns, and one of them put it best (Jonny Page). For some stupid reason, the coaching staff just doesn’t trust Jalen to sling it without risking turning the ball over. They’re playcalling scared. Their offensive philosophy is “don’t turn the ball over “…..and that is the ONLY philosophy. So they go with this overly conservative approach that is gonna fuck them.

Throw AJ every 50/50 ball you can. The dude is built to win those. Just fucking throw it at him and let him go get it.
We just really need to stop with these offensive penalties we always negate good plays or just make the situation harder on ourselves. Then KP caves. I think that’s the heart of the issue.
I mean all signs right now are pointing toward a OC that doesn’t believe in his players, and the players knowing damn well that he doesn’t.

And hell, if I was Sirianni, I’d take playcalling duties away from him for the remainder of the season, or else they’re risking a complete checked out mutiny like we saw 2 years ago. The plays just don’t work, KP has no feel to the flow of the game, he needs to not be calling plays anymore.

I understand we went Kevin because he was in house and they assumed he’d know how to keep Moore’s system running but I feel Sirianni needs to go outside the organization from now on.
Whether that be promising up and coming OC’s from other teams, veteran HC’s fired who were solid OC’s, or even a former OC.
The one I have my mind set on has to be former Saints OC Pete Carmichael Jr. currently an offensive assistant in Denver. He was the Saints OC from 09-23 and is only 54 but has somehow never been a HC.
He had a top 10 offense with Brees and only struggled when he didn’t have a consistent QB after Brees retired in 2020 (Winston, Seimian, Book, Dalton, Hill, and Carr)
I’d consider Pete given his long term career as an OC.
We might be the 1st 8-2 team to fire their OC on Monday.
Say what you will about Dougie P, but that dude had faith in his players and said “fuck it, let’s go for it.” Sirianni needs to get back to that mindset. He had it last year, he needs to wake the fuck up and go all in on this team’s talent.

I know everyone wants shit to be tight lipped and not bring shit to the public but we’re over halfway thru the season now. Lowkey should be a mutiny. The coaches are ignoring what the players want to do including Nick. They all need to get their heads out of there asses. If KP can’t figure it out Sunday we need to bring someone in as an analyst. We have a chance to go back to back here but not with this offense running like this. I know everyone wants to be like oh we’re winning and The defense is great which I’m very happy about however that’s the only reason we haven’t had our 2023 moment. This offense is putrid. My coach in high school ran a more aggressive offense than this mf. 16 years in the NFL and can’t figure out how to get a top 3 wr in the game the ball is in fucking sane.
It’s just bananas to me. I’ve never known of an OC, new or veteran, to design an offense around his #2, #3, and #4 options. Who would do that? Wouldn’t keying in on your primary be the easiest way to ensure your system thrives? I cannot understand how this is the 10th game of the season, and this is still an issue.
i just hope howie has learned his lesson. sirianni should not be giving hiring/firing input at all, no matter how many super bowls he wins. let him focus on being friends with the players, looking like tim robinson on the sidelines, and whatever else he does behind the scenes. let howie hire the coordinators. vic and kellen moore were obviously good hires that nick had no input in, because he was on the hot seat. its clear he wanted his BFF to get the oc promotion, and we’re suffering for it.
Stop promoting nobodies to OC. We’re not a rebuilding team who has time to try this stuff out, this is the window. How did we not learn this with Brian Johnson?
KP needs to be demoted and we need a real OC immediately. FFS, at a minimum go back to some of the Kellen Moore stuff that worked. I understand he isn’t here to make game time decisions and adjustments, but why the hell did they throw out the whole plan?

The fact that KP hasn’t swallowed his pride and plagiarized some of Kellen Moore’s plays that excelled at passing plays for AJ is an absolute crime.
Look at Detroit. Their offense was inconsistent so the HC took over play calling. Then you have Nick, acting like everything is fine because we aren’t turning the ball over and are winning. Like AJ said, we can’t win the games that actually matter with the offense playing like it is.
We’d be undefeated if we had a competent Offensive Coordinator. I can’t for the life of me figure out why they give a guy with no play calling experience the keys to a lamborghini offense. If we continue and it doesn’t get better, I see us out in the 2nd round of the playoffs…Somethings gotta change if we want to compete for a bowl. That, or the defense carries us to a repeat.
At some point it’s gonna come down to Nick supporting his players or KP. In sports, owners always choose the players. KP doesn’t sell jerseys or tickets, the players do. He has one of the top receivers in the NFL and he can’t scheme up plays to him. That’s such an abject failure for an OC that I truly don’t know how the guy still has a job.
My god every better qualified OC for the Eagles is on here. They can’t win but it’s a damn good thing Sirianni knows how to be an HC and manage properly. Win the turnover battle and let your defence win games, then turn it on when we need to. We’re 7-2 and #1 in the damn conference. It’s not an accident.
