1. I recommend people read todays events for this case. The witness is the HR director (a key witness for both sides), and it really seems like HR and upper management had really large double standards for whom organizational policies would and wouldnt apply to, as well as an attempt to redirect blame onto Skaggs and distract about how great and generous of a company organization the Angels are.

2. I really hope the Judge finds out that Arte and the Angels are lying about everything that the judge makes Arte spend Millions and Milions and mabey billions and take the land away from Arte that he wants and verdict Arte and angels

4. It’s very difficult to be a fan of this organization

5. This really needs way more national attention. A multi-billion dollar organization is being accused of lying about their connection to a known addict, and that situation ultimately led to a player’s death. The fact that there’s basically zero accountability from anyone involved is insane.

   Honestly, everyone tied to this should be gone, not just because of how wrong it is but because of the lawsuits that could come out of it. But let’s be real, unless MLB’s bottom line takes a hit, nothing’s going to change. They’ll just ride it out like they always do.
