It seems this was a PR move having Ohtani and his family and even dog in this video accepting his latest MVP. But who are the 3 people sitting behind him? Seems really odd? to place 3 random people behind him like that?
It seems like the first person might be Japanese or Asian descent so that could even be his mom or something? But the man in the middle looks caucasian and hes moving around a lot throughout the video getting up and sitting back down kinda rude and disrespectful. The lady next to him could be like a PR lady or something if I had to guess? But again why even put them in the background at all?
