Kane should maybe be more concerned with the change than trying to fight someone when up by 1 in a much needed win
Sit down Kane, yooo’ll dooo nuttin!
I’m amazed it isn’t 6-3 right now. Lanks holding the fort.
To be fair that was a great tik tac toe goal. I mean ya broken coverage but credit to them on connecting.
Kane is CANCER
You all bitch about Kane not being tough enough. Then when he tries you all complain anyways. Like pick a side ffs
Majority of the players that are out with injuries are under 6ft
I truly think outside of Hughes & Hronek we have no concept of a breakout pass in our system
– Myers needs to sit for a few games
– Kane is exhausting
– Fire Reichal into the sun
– MP struggles to do anything but blindly fire it up the ice
Myers and MP = co chairs of the back door tap in club
I mean, the goal isn’t on Kane.
It’s crazy how much Carolina gets away with. Been a handful of missed calls that seemed pretty obvious
Holy fuck I don’t think I’ve seen a nice solid pass from the Canucks since I turned the game on
So kane blew the zone to try to fight someone, got
What happened to the shots damn
Why every player they have looks like hughes
EP40 doing everything himself here. Wins the faceoff, has to go back to retrieve it himself, then has to kill the defender at the point to force the puck out of the zone…
This thread proving how little knowledge on positioning is here because half y’all are blaming Kane for that goal when that wasn’t even close to his zone of responsibility or his man
This feels like Carolina vs an AHL team
How is garland first guy onto the puck on both sides of the ice consecutively?
Holy shit EP40 could win every face off this game and the Canes would still get the puck every time what is going on
Most of the goals against this team are from defenceman not covering their man and bad positioning. This should not be happening with how much has been invested in the back end.
cant afford not to extend kane, we wont find a better tank commander in FA
Top lines match up. Yup that’s how we stack up
Lanky is my ideal man.
Marcus has taken the mantle of bad petey
Lank getting f’in peppered
Its still VERY early in the season and we’ve seen this kind of play at the beginning of seasons before, but I am so thankful Malhotra decided to stick around the Canucks org.
Story time. Nearly every BCHL and Jr A ref tried to speak to local media outlets, when the NHL and Head of Officiating Stephen Walkhom changed the NHL’s hiring strategy. Instead of hiring refs who worked their way up, Walkhom decided to hire former pro players from the SPHL and ECHL, and expedite them to the NHL with lass then 2-3 year of officiating experience. It’s gone utterly terribly. These new refs have barely got any playoff games, which is a big indication they are being scored terribly.
Anyways, Bik, Sat, Drance, and anyone of any prominence have been flooded with emails from refs trying to speak up against this. Most of our issue has been a complete wall on continuing our careers, but the performances of these refs has also been terrible at times. All these guys know NHL officiating is currently an issue and they just don’t want to talk about it.
The NHL is the only league where the media wont have a fair dialogue about officiating. It clearly goes above any of the names I mentioned, but if they are going to toe a line the NHL wants, then don’t call yourself a journalist.
Omg some of you are her just to complain about anything please just stop.
Canucks are 3-3 against one of the best in the league.
Tonight nobody is holding back or failing they are playing a solid team game. And finishing shots. Yes they are low shots but we are tied so.
We gonna get an offensive zone shift again this game or nah?
Myers is so slow and looks so weak
Canes r so much faster than the Nucks its night and day
