We need a total reset. I think Arthur has been patient enough with Rich McKay and Raheem. It seems like investing high picks in our defense is paying off.
Raheem Morris should keep calling Penix a kid in interviews.

Jerry Glanville at least brought some swagger to the sideline. Morris looks like he’s waiting in line at the DMV.
Man, I know that things have been rough for the franchise, but the 2020s have truely felt like despair incarinate. Every “victory” or positive has been met with some very big negative. There really hasn’t been a year since our SB year where we felt like we had a good overall year.
At least during the Mike Smith and Matt Ryan era, we had multiple top 5 seeds and consistent playoff appearances. It felt like we could honestly compete for the championship if we could get into the playoffs. Now, confidence in the franchise is so low, going to the playoffs just feels like we’re going there to die and end up with a shitty draft pick.
Nothing has been going right, and there needs to a major cultural shift at the very tippy top for things to feel like they are going in the right direction.

Smitty is the most underrated guy we ever had.
If Heem gets fired I won’t be upset. But I truly feel like he’s a players coach and hype guy. Keep him and Ulbrich and get a decent to good OC and we would be a playoff team. Zac is legit the worst OC I’ve ever seen in my almost 30 years of life. Fire or keep Raheem, but we must get an OC that’s even fucking decent… Like if we only fire ZR and pick up Mike McDaniel or Matt LeFleur as our OC then we are so golden. London, Robinson, Pitts, Penix have shown glimpses of something special. But with mediocre offensive coaching and terrible play calling they can only do so much.
