See Brewers’ Options To Develop Land Around Their Stadium

  1. Can you imagine what that parking structure would look like tailgating? Look like a 5 alarm fire for hours before the game.

  2. Development of the land around Miller Park would probably be a good idea if their idea to have year round stadium events comes true, it would make it a destination for more than just the stadium

  3. Should have built miller park on the summerfest grounds. Milwaukee’s top asset, by far, is the lake and those views.

Summerfest is insufferably ghetto these days. Wasted real estate.

  4. Look, if you make it worse to park I know many will just not attend games at all. There are thousands of us who commute a hour plus one way to see multiple games a season.

I am almost willing to give up my SSH next season, seeing how bad it might be with 94 all tore up.

Heck, getting out of a parking structure stinks even for an ad’s game… and that is only a few thousand.

  5. Why is Option C even an option? It would completely block the view of the stadium from 94! Absolutely horrible layout. For what it’s worth, option A is the best way to go.

  6. Is there any consideration being given to improving the exit flow from the parking area?

  7. It’s a ridiculously stupid plan to develop the parking lots. There are an abundance of entertainment opportunities throughout the area and region. It’s truly a zero sum game with regard to how many dollars there are to spend on entertainment. If it was successful, other areas that are now (or struggling to be) successful will bear the brunt-National Avenue, State Street, Bluemound, and every bar that caters to Brewers games.
