Cal digging around first heading for second off of the ball. Carpenter the long throw in. Cut off head first slide. Cal let it second base with a one out double. Good golly. Cal Raleigh coming through with a big double. The crowd back in the ball game. And now the Mariners have to go ahead run on in scoring position for Julio Rodriguez. Line drive down the line. It’s a fair ball and the Mariners take the lead. Rio Rodriguez has come up clutch yet again. And here comes Cal. Two outs, first and second now for the Mariners. He does hammer off speed pitches, so you better be really careful right here. Bangs one on the ground through the right side. A base hit. Kzone will come around to score and it’s four to nothing Seattle. Cal Raleigh has his first RBI of the series. So yes indeed the Mariners with a chance to add on here in the ninth to that fiveun lead six to one. Here’s Cal Raleigh swinging a well-hit ball deep into the gap in left center field. This one is going and going and goodbye baseball. Cal Raleigh with a home run the other way into the Mariners bullpen. 60 home runs during the regular season and now a home run here in the postseason. his second postseason home run and the Mariners are on their way to a win here in game three. There is a Mariners fan and he has a custom shirt, Northwest Green and silver letters that says dump 61 here and the ball was hit right in his vicinity. So he’s got the 61 shirt. He’s got a 62 shirt. Now a base hit can bring home the Mariners third run. Raleigh into right field. That’s down for a base hit. A Rose Arena’s getting the wave home. He’s going to come around and score. Raleigh with another RBI in Detroit. And it’s three to nothing Seattle. Cal Raleigh drives in another run for the Mariners. Here is Raleigh. Two-run home run in game three. All four of his RBI’s in this series came in Detroit. Payoff pitch again. Raleigh loops on the left for a base hit. Cal gets aboard with one down here in the bottom of the first inning. Up with the ball. Green gets it into second base. Kirby sets. There goes Keith. The pitch is high. A ball. Cal’s throw. The tag by JP. Not in time. That was close. Seattle is challenging the state college second base. AJ, I mean, that’s an A+ throw right there cuz JP Crawford sticks his glove on the bag or in front of the bag and barely has to move it. Yeah, he’s out. This should be quick. Infield is in all the way around. Second and third here. Bayz the batter. Bayz breaks his bat. Hit to third. Throw home by Suarez. Tag is applied. Two down. The runner at third history is out by a good 40 ft. How about the barrel to the bat all the way out toward the shortstop JP Crawford and a huge second out for the Mariners against the Detroit Tigers. Plenty of time for Cal to put the tag on McKinstry coming down the line. Ran right into the tag. Raleigh has struck out three times tonight. Had a single all the way back in the first inning four plus hours ago. Payoff pitch to Raleigh upstairs. ball for the winning run is on base to start the 13th. So here is Cal Raleigh 60 home runs during the regular season. There’s been a lot more of that in the postseason. He hit 380 in the division series and that John is his seventh single of these playoffs. Yeah, and again I expect a lot of this out of the Seattle Mariners against Gauzeman if they can command the first pitch and get some traffic on. Be interesting to see how many fast balls they’re able to hit tonight against Gau. And now in a one- nothing game, it is Cal Raleigh. High drive right field. Cal Raleigh has connected and tied the game in the six. It’s the big dumper when the Mariners need him most. 62nd of the season and game one of the championship series is tied up. And he is locked in. Sweet zone for a left-handed swinging slugger man. O2 swinging a soft tapper off the plate halfway to the mound is picked up by Cal. Bare hand play throw to first base and it’s in time as Cal Raleigh winds up on his chest protector halfway out to to the mound and he just made a sensational play. Slow to get up but he’s all right as she pounced on that and threw a strike to first base. Bizardo finally made the right decision to get out of the way. That’s so much easier for Cal to get to it. He’s got the view, but man, he landed hard as he fired a BB over to Naylor at first base to get the out on Clement. Great play by Cal and that’ll bring up Cal Raleigh. Here’s a swing and a drive deep to right field down the line and this one is gone. Goodbye baseball in and out of the bleachers in right field. An effort by Lucas to try to bring it back. Cal Raleigh with a home run. Back-to- back home runs for Randy Rosena. And Cal Raleigh, this club, this ball club, getting the fans back in the ball game. Cal Raleigh with his third home run of the postseason. This guy right here, Cal Raleigh, 47, four home runs against Gossman in his career. Raleigh just one of his last 10. Quicks one to deep right field. Back it goes. And it’s off the glove of Barger. Riley’s headed for second. He’s got a double. When this ball was first hit, there’s no chance. I thought he had an ability to catch it. Squares it up. There’s a fast ball. Got to hit it. And he hits it and gets rewarded cuz this almost was a catch and almost really a catchable ball that he just missed in the glove. Base is open in a one-run game in the fourth. Clement. That is a fair ball and a double play. A two-inch tapper. They turn two. How on earth did that happen? Cal Raleigh fielded. He stepped on home and he threw to first base and they got the double play. That was absolutely bananas. That’s not how you drew it up that they would get out of that kind of a jam. Here comes the home run champion, Cal Raleigh, in a 2-1 game. And for the first time in this series, he’s going to bat right-handed. John Schneider calls on Brendan Little. They’ve wanted to give Raleigh different looks. Faces him for the first time here, representing the tying run. Bottom of the eighth. They need something huge to happen quick. They’re going to be trailing in this series. Here’s a high fly ball deep left field. Did he get enough? He did. Goodbye baseball into Edgar’s Cantino. Holy smoke. The historic season continues into the postseason. The big dumper with a big home run here in the bottom of the eighth inning. It ties the game. It’s the Mariners two and the Blue Jays two. Cal Raleigh’s fourth home run of the postseason. This is the highest home run I’ve seen live. And there was still doubt that this was going to be robbed. And you called it, is it enough? And it was barely enough. They’ve been waiting forever. That is a moment. Who knows? A moment he’s had a lot. Cal leaves things off. Cal batting lefty against the righty Varlin. Var stocky righty into the motion. The 01 swinging a fly ball driven deep right field. Cal Raleigh. He has homerred in game seven. He has stung the Blue Jays yet again. A leadoff home run by Cal Raleigh to begin the fifth inning. And a silent hush over nearly 50,000 inside Rogers Center. It’s a 31 Mariners lead. He loves hitting here at Roger Center. That’s about home run number 15 against the Blue Jays and at least number 10 or 11 at Rogers Center. He’s got one of the best slugging percentages of anybody in this ballpark. It’s supposed to be away and it just cuts in. And that is that perfect stroke. Launching home runs all year and says, “I’m not done.” Add more to dump.

Cal Raleigh had a 2025 season that Seattle Mariners fans will never forget 🔱

  1. The greatest season by a catcher ever. We are likely never seeing a catcher hit 60 homers again in any of our lifetimes. Leading the the league in homers and RBIs from the catcher position has not happened since Johnny Bench in the 70s that’s how long it has taken to have a season like Cal’s. That doesn’t even factor in the defense he provided and truly becoming one of the core leaders of this Mariners team. Truly an epic season from Cal and very thankful we got to watch history this season and I hope he continues to be great and lead the Mariners to the World Series.

  2. キャッチャーで60本、カルローリーがMVP!
    ジャッジは60本では無い!
    ライバルが大谷だった時、60本のホームランが受賞理由だった筈!

  3. Platinum Glove Catcher hitting 60 home runs lol

    And loses the mvp race…

Judge is amazing but i hate the voters who always prefer Yankee player.

  4. Gee MLB, why did your reporters heavily vote for Judge? They literally made the decision of who would win. Don't pretend like you're celebrating him when you stiffed him on the MVP.

  5. A complete injustice to Cal… Shattered records, playing the hardest position in the game of baseball. Given to a guy who literally can't throw a baseball… SHAME on the MLB for an obviously bought title. This will be a dirtier stain than the Astros being champions.

  6. Raleigh is the true MVP. As a baseball fan, I have truly never been more disappointed in the league as I am to see them give Judge the MVP. The Baseball Writers of America have embarrassed themselves once again. The league really needs to step in and stop letting those idiots spoil their league awards. There is no good argument for Judge getting this award over Raleigh.

  8. The Yankees bias is criminal. MLB is gross. They robbed Ohtani and now Cal of MVPs just to give them to Judge who is a horrible defender and baserunner and just benefits from playing in a small park and wears pinstripes. So gross. The voters are criminal. Judge makes history so Ohtani isn’t MVP then Cal makes history and Judge is still MVP. What a joke this gambling era has become.

  9. 個人的には野球は打撃だけのスポーツじゃないからローリーがMVPに相応しい
    アーロン・ジャッジはハンク・アーロン賞に相応しい

  10. The Yankees have gone a full decade and a half without a ring, something that’s only happened when Don Mattingly was the face. Judge will join Mattingly as the ringless Yankee captain so baseball and the powers at be have to milk their marketing golden goose. This is what you get. Doesn’t matter, Judge isn’t a winner so they have to give him and the Yankees brand something while they are down and can’t win a ring. Once the Yankees get back to winning rings the AL MVP voting will be get back to being somewhat logical. I mean Judge made history that’s why Ohtani got robbed, but then when someone else makes history it’s too bad his not a Yankee. Baseball has the huge gambling and CBA issue to deal with, they chose to operate like this, I hope they get all that’s coming to them

  11. I commented on another video that although I'm a Yankees fan, I thought Cal Raleigh should have been MVP. I received a reply calling me a fake Yankees fan. That's not nice. I'm entitled to my opinion. I deleted the post.
