I absolutely support taking it slow with whatever injury he has but god do I miss watching Jaccob Slavin play hockey
Same logic should apply to Chat and Freddie also. If you can put half a team on the ice and still hold on to first place, it’s crazy not to.
The silver lining to all the early injuries might be flipping the pattern of dominance in mid-season and fading in the stretch.
Honestly it’s incredible the Hurricanes are in 2nd place with a 12-5 record with the absolutely astounding rate of injuries we’ve been piling up so far this season. I’ve never seen anything like this string of bad luck and freak injury occurrences.
