Opposite of my previous post. I was somewhat indifferent to DB and Cade Mays and they wound up becoming studs!

I didn’t like the Tet pick at the time but dude is legit. We just need a real QB to fully unlock him.
Brady Christensen, never thought we’d get that level of performance for a 3rd rounder
Coker – our drafted WRS aren’t THAT good so an undrafted guy gotta be ass
Kuechly. I figured we had gotten someone who would slot in well and be good. I did not expect him to become one of the best to ever play.
CMC. Never thought he could become a 3 down player in the NFL. But then he bulked up and became a Top 3 running back
Cade mays for me as well. You never expect a 6th round guy to be anything more than depth but he is a good starting center for us
Taylor Moton. I didn’t think much of him at first. He’s been solid in recent years.
Frankie luvu hands down
Seeing DB in the thumbnail, i remember so many people wanting Isiah Simmons that year and told them DB would be a better pick. Glad i was right
Sadly…cam. I thought he wasn’t nfl ready and that he wouldn’t be able to make it as an nfl qb. Most wrong I’ve ever been about anything lol.
Jayce. All the initial injuries and Surtain going off but I still feel like we made the right pick in the end.
Josh Norman he came undrafted from coastal Carolina
Cam Newton. I thought for sure he was just a good college qb lol
I wasn’t high on Muhsin Muhammad when we drafted him. He really only had one highly productive season, and reports at the time were that he had run into trouble at school.
Draftniks were saying he had a lot of potential but while was big he wasn’t particularly huge and he wasn’t quick. Fwiw, we didn’t have much film at our disposal back then and draft scouts were saying he had inconsistent hands and route running. Raw was used a lot.
I wanted Terry Glenn or Marvin Harrison but the Patriots picked Glenn at 7 and we picked Biakabatuka at 8.
Muhammad ended up being one of the best most under-appreciated players in franchise history. 🤷🏻♂️
