The issue with Hart was very slow fastballs, this guy seems to pitch faster but then again KBO hitters are not MLB hitters

He couldn’t make it work in MLB or the NPB. Then he has one good year in the KBO? Screams like a bust if we sign him.
I could be wrong but he’s probably just another Kyle hart, maybe slightly better.
