  11. Coming from a Dodger fan You can't hate on Griffey. The dude was a legend for me growing up watching. I wore all his cleats and played all his video games. Even watched him live a couple times and Dodger stadium. Glad I got to witness The Kid hit bombs even if it was against the Dodgers.

  12. My childhood nostalgia bro was that guy in an era full of cheats Jr kept with them and was all time in the field also idk if we will ever see someone as talented and influential again happy he was there to experience that marathon

  16. Even as hardcore Jays fan, it’s hard not to like Jr. Guy made baseball cool growing up. Swag personified. And he was a wicked player. So much raw talent and that beautiful swing. Nobody like him.

  19. I was one of an entire generation of kids who taught themselves how bat left handed in their backyard (or tried to anyway) just to swing like Ken Griffey Jr.
