I think we overdrafted him so the bust label is a little unfair. I just hate it because he’s got all the tools, size and intangibles to be great but I just don’t think he has the heart. The anti-Ricky Proehl if you will.

Every time BY throws to him, it’s intercepted and the ball is nowhere near his vicinity. Maybe these are on BY, but that doesn’t seem to happen to any other receivers.

I think it’s still too soon to call him a bust. I would give him until the end of his rookie contract before I make a judgement, personally.
That said, yeah he isn’t exactly hitting the mark, is he? He’s had flashes where he can be a key contributor but they’re not all that common.

Funny I see this, I been arguing with people on YouTube about it the past couple of days. Yeah he’s a bust and he’s our supposed number 2. People been hating on Bryce, but he’s got receivers like XL out there when he should have receivers like Jimmy Horn, but no Canales wanna play XL and just give Jimmy a couple of jet sweeps every week. Canales is the problem with our passing offense.

He’s a Ted Ginn Jr. type of player who can fight off people with the ball in his hands. We don’t use him how he is meant to be used.
I think the usage rate is making him a bust. He came out as a high upside project, but at some point if a guy is struggling it’s up the coach to let him get his legs under him. 85%+ of snaps with all on the outside is just dumb for a guy that isn’t absolutely dominating. I feel like there’s a fine line between having a guy’s back and screwing over his perception.
Apparently he’s our most popular Panther, so the accent is helping him in that regard lol
Prime Randy Moss would look mid with Bryce’s useless ass throwing him the ball
