I love how much you can see with this angle and wish the broadcasters used it more often.

You need to turn your brightness down
no please this angle is so terrible
One day multiple camera angles will be available on demand in real-time, all for the low-low price of……..
Hard disagree, I fucking hate it
NO
I’ve watched so many goals (that I scored) from this angle in NHL ‘94.
They need to stop cutting to so many damn angles during live play. Why am I missing a huge turnover because they wanted to switch from the broadcast view to some behind the opposite net shaky shot lmao
Fine for replays but when they start switching the camera view during the play it’s awful. Stick to the center ice camera during live play.
I hate this angle when it’s my showing my goalie lol I always feel like they’re about to score
In NHL 97 you can cycle through all of these angles
lol, it’s literally the first replay shown of almost every goal.
Nope
What the hell am I looking at is that Montreal versus Boston
Looks like chel
No way, Jose (Théodore).
This angle either makes me really excited or really anxious for no actual good reason.
What we really need to talk about is ESPN’s godforsaken camera angles.
I thought this was the video game
Absolutely not. I hate it. Keep it for up close replays
I wouldn’t mind them showing a few angles on the screen to see the action a little better.
personally i want to see an entire game from the ref camera angle
I cannot stand this angle. Drives me crazy.
I hate it because it makes me anxious (when it’s in the penguins end). It just seems too much like a replay of a goal and I feel like like I’m about to see something I don’t like.
Literally the worst angle for Live, use it on replay all day
Welp, totally though this was chel
Don’t need this angel in the broadcast but give me a NHL premium sub where I can pick whatever camera’s I like and I would 100% sign up.
I love this angel for the PP.
No we don’t
You’re being sarcastic right? This angle during live play is terrible.
No
No, this camera angle fucking sucks
I hate this angle
Absolutely not. This angle is not showing the game, it is just showing the goal. You lose perspective on distance, can’t see the setup of the players and their movement, and the action is relegated to the background instead of the foreground other than the few moments the puck is at the goal line/around the net.
Absolutely not
This angle always causing a goal in the NHL. Its spooky.
I fucking hate this angle with a fucking passion
This photo just reminded me how much I loved playing NHL ‘96 on my PlayStation
The worst angle, I swear a goal always happens
Unironically I feel like you can tell how long someone has been watching hockey based on whether or not they like this view.
I want a drone. At the very least drop from center ice on a breakaway
Need ESPN to play anything besides the sound of passing cars in Bristol, CT during commercials.
Hot take, I love this one for the power play, all the interesting plays get made out of the corners so we don’t need to see them anyway

Is this not just be a pro goalie cam
Lmao I thought this was a video game for a second
