I liked Drouin a lot. I’m glad he got a second lease on his career with the Avs. Unfortunately his skill set wasn’t consistent enough to play with the top line and he didn’t really fit in as a third liner.

Its sucks we didnt keep him. But I will be honest , on his hot days , man he needed an extention. But, on his off days it was like he wasnt even on the team. Very Burky like. I wish Druin the absolute best and wish him more skill in his near future. But the way the avs play he did not have a slot saved for him.
