48. So glad we got this done fairly early. Didn’t want this looming all year. It’s a solid deal, I don’t think it’s a crazy steal or anything but I’m definitely happy with this.

    Next up we can wonder what Clarke gets. I kind of doubt Clarke is willing to go for 8 years with the cap going up consistently and his projection into the future, but I hope we can lock that in.
