I recall reporting from that game saying AD felt good enough to try the 2nd half. Fast forward and the guy has missed how many games now???
And it’s not like he’s being held out for a trade, teams are reporting they need to see him play and lose weight so we have plenty of reasons to play him. AD is just sad. This wouldn’t be such a travesty had Nico gotten AR (whose trade value is so much higher than ADs lmao).
This is the guy Nico put all his hopes and dreams on, which forced Kyrie to play league high minutes and with such desperation to keep us afloat that he suffered that ACL tear.
