There’s bigger issues than Nagy. Every single person in that organization just rolled up and acted like it was owed to them. Mahomes is confused and scared out there. Reid hates the run. Receivers can’t catch. No one on the defensive line cares to show up.
Andy Reid manages the game. The buck stops at the head coach. He’s an ‘offensive guru’
Feel like a lot went wrong with the offense. We weren’t using the run when we needed to. Pat was missing his mark, and play calling was weak.
Special teams unit needs some help asap too. The Broncos kicked our asses on specials teams plays. That’s been a weekly thing tho.
If the team is gonna win the rest of it’s games, Mahomes is def gonna have to start making more plays tho. He missed out on at least 14 points on poorly placed balls.
Was is Nagy overthrowing every WR open deep early this game multiple times?
Its not Nagy. This blame is far more on Andy’s shoulders.
If you can’t convert a 3rd and 2, and can’t stop a 3rd and 15.. you’re not a playoff team, simple as that.

Mahomes needs a new trainer. His deep throw accuracy is close to the bottom 3rd for the league despite having clear opportunities, and I don’t think he can get much more out of his trainer.
Toub can go too, how many big returns did they have and how many penalties on our returns?
Throw in Toub and make it a 2 for 1 speical!

There is no justification for Matt Nagy at OC anymore. I don’t care who calls the plays. I don’t care who threw the ball to the other team. It could be Nagy, it could be Reid, it could be my fucking grandma for all I care. You don’t invest all this money, signings, draft picks, and countless hours writing up plays to have an offense that resembles the 2017 Chiefs. That’s the thing about Nagy you don’t get with most coaches: you have a previous stint in Kansas City to compare to. And it shows the same problems: plays are too slow to develop, the run game is abandoned for long stretches, there’s poor discipline, and it runs into a wall against good defenses, despite it showing signs of life and even having great games.
If you can’t have an explosive offense with Patrick Mahomes at QB, then you should re-evaluate your life choices.
Maybe when we miss the playoffs everyone in the organization will stop thinking success is just a given and will get the fire back in their belly…work hard, all areas (coaching, scouting, drafting and players.)
If we miss playoffs we get easier schedule and better draft position so there’s that!

I was saying last year that at some point a season like this was bound to happen. It sucks in the moment but also it’s probably time to get punched in the mouth. This team will actually have some extra time off before next year and a higher draft pick.
One thing that does concern me is mahomes. He’s looked pretty awful lately, even so his stats are actually decent but he’s been doing it to really bad teams. Every team they have played that’s had a winning record or just overall are good they’ve lost to.
