He’s a smart guy and a nice person, but at some point you can’t blame the players anymore for terrible half time adjustments and inability to close games.
A nice guy, but face it, he sucks. He is a defense first coach with consistently shitty defense. His ato plays are garbage and constantly lead to turnovers. Finally , and most frustrating, he refuses to advocate for players and work the refs for foul calls like better coaches around the league. Instead he opts to cross his arms with the patented deer in the headlights look.
Great person, sometimes it’s just that time, you’ve done what you can do, time to move to the next opportunity. Thank you Willie.

Wow they finally did it, guess it’s time to pick another flair. Honestly that first season we made the playoffs with him was such a vibe and it’s just been not good since then.
I’m sure this’ll be a tough rest of season, as it likely can’t be saved. But hope this helps right one of the wrongs.
