Do the Atlanta Falcons have an ownership and organizational problem?

care. Zack Robinson’s not the problem. It’s I’m going to be real. It’s an organizational problem. We have an organizational problem from top on down. You cannot go this many years being this inept, this terrible, and tell me it’s a different head coach, or it’s a different offensive coordinator. Something organizationally is off. I’ll get it fixed. I don’t want to hear from anybody up there that says, “Hey, it’s only one game.” No, it’s eight years. It’s eight years of terrible. You’re the Jets. You’re the Browns. You’re the Dolphins.

  1. It’s not just a team issue — it’s an organizational one. The problems are systemic, and the same patterns keep repeating. The small details that make the difference between winning and losing continue to be overlooked. At some point, Mr. Blank needs to come to terms with this reality.

  2. Lmao I told Failcons fans this before the season 😂😂😂 every year they go in supremely deluded thinking they’re better than what they are.

They will forever be trash until they clean out the entire house.

  3. Arthur Blank is no football man. Unfortunately the Falcons will never win a championship while he is the owner.. HE is the common denominator throughout all the years of Top Tier Talent. He doesn't know enough about winning and leadership. He was only the finance guy at The Depot. His front office people and coach decisions have been dismal. Oh yeah and Rich McKay is part of his infection. Need I say more?

  4. How is it an Arthur Blank the problem they are not being honest that offensive dink and dunk play calling Penix doesn’t even have 5 TD passes this season

  5. I’ve been saying this exact thing for years. Just look at the strange hiring process, the lack of real accountability from everyone, the avoidance and lack of transparency and constant communication issues

  6. YES, THEY HAVE THE PLAYERS NOW TO HAVE A PRETTY GOOD TEAM. THEY HAVE NO HEAD COACH, and ASSISTANTS, and THE front office is not much better … IF RAHEEM WAS HEAD COACH MATERIAL, WHY WAS HE NOT KEPT AS THE HEAD COACH BEFORE? WHAT CHANGED?

  7. So this fool is “Cat-Chocinco now…miss me with that. Then damn Falcons still running the pistol when 8 hrs after they beat the Bills on ESPN Tedy Bruschi told the entire league how to stop Bijan Robinson. To have the LBs mimic the Pistol on the D side to cover the front and backside running gaps. 28-3 Shanahan heard it and told Saleh. L. Shanahan then told his 28-3 coordinator now HC in Miami. L. I’m sure Bruschi and ex teammate Vrabel had a conversation…L. 28-3 Raheem Morris and Zac Robinson should be fired. Speaking of 28-3 Dan Quinn back to doing Dan Quinn like things. And more 28-3 news what’s up with Matt Lafleur? Well at least the Falcons D is playing well under Jeff”where is my iPad” Ubrich another one that was on the sideline responsible for 28-3 with Raheem, Quinn, Shanahan, Lafleur and Ulbrich.

  8. All I got to say is look at the Colts this year. Their new owner is involved and wants to win, it’s starts up top if you don’t have a owner who cares you’re not gonna go no where

  9. Captain Obvious … they've had an organizational problem for 60 years. Look at how the '98 super bowl went and you'll see the same DNA as what went wrong in the most recent super bowl disaster.

  10. It’s Rich McKay. The unseen common denominator. The guy who hires the GM
and HC. Blank just cut checks based on what McKay tells him. You can fire Raheem, McKay will hire somebody just as bad to replace him.

  11. You can’t fire Arthur Blank. RICK MCKAY is the PROBLEM! Fire this dude! Follow the model of successful organizations. Owner, President of Football Operations/GM and Coach.
