Why did the Pittsburgh Steelers defeat the Cincinnati Bengals at home in week 13 in convincing fashion? Final score 34 to12. Well, the answer is pretty simple to me. This defense is officially back here in Pittsburgh. Uh Joe Flacco and that Bengals offense have been really moving the ball quite effectively versus everybody over the last month, including against this Steelers defense back in week seven. But this was a completely different Steelers defense today. The pass rush was better. Uh I thought the pass coverage was way better. The game plan was much better from Tara Lost. Lots more press. Um, and James Pierre, man, what a revelation. He was targeted 10 times today, only allowed 30 yards. He has to be a full-time starter on the other side of Joey Porter Jr., who also had an excellent day. Jaylen Ramsay, all I got to say is that he better not get suspended next week by the National Football League. He got spat on. And if anything, Jamar Chase should be the one that gets suspended next week by the National Football League. Jaylen Ramsey has already done his time for punching and do all that different stuff. He should be back next week for the Bears. Can’t wait to see what this defense has for us in the future.

D is back? Great performance but that D was shredded by the Chargers last week who got killed by the Jags today. I’ll actually take us getting off the field on 3rd and long consistently over getting a TO here and there. We still give up a lot of 1st downs on 3rd and long. Great win! I hope the D is back but we seem way inconsistent.
Didn't have old and slow Slay in the secondary and overpaid part time Highsmith was out contributed to the defense being better.
