Will still end up 40-42
Season is right on track with where it was always going
They are exactly where we thought they’d be.
Don’t understand the direction of this franchise right now. Hoping they surprise me but it seems like they are putting a LOT of trust in Tatum making it back to 100% previous form. Seems like getting a stud in the draft is what’s best for the team’s future but all we can do is let it play out.
7-4 with the 5th best NetRtg in the NBA after we stumbled a bit out of the gates.
I’ve been saying 6th seed since the preseason.
We’re just competitive enough to win a good amount of games, and it really feels like Tatum is going to try to come back in the second half.
I don’t think he should, but it feels like it.
Why do they pacers get to tank after their best player blows out their achilles and traded away their starting center but we have to be good enough to get the 7 seed. Life is so unfair
We are an injury away from a losing streak.
It just isn’t realistic that JB and DWhite would sit games EARLY IN THE SEASON, when they are healthy. This could change a bit as the season starts to take it’s toll on peoples bodies, but for now it is what it is. Roster is still too good to tank and you aren’t going to deplete it so Tatum has nothing to work with when he returns.
There are many doomers that flat out don’t even watch the games. This team is going to get near 50 wins. Except some more hype after the Brooklyn sweep this week. Probably a good chance to win the NBA Cup too!
Reason #1: Jaylen
Reason #2: Brown
I think they’re gonna be between 45 and 49 wins. And that’s good enough for a top 6 seed in the East
