  1. Yeah but JT never backchecks which means I never see him when a goal is scored against us so he’s better.

Canucks fans when we miss the playoffs and get a bad draft pick again but Pettersson gets more points than Miller

  3. Still can’t believe the Rangers thought the solution to their massive organizational culture problem was to make JT Miller the fucking captain.

    Jesus Christ.

  4. FWIW the Rangers scoring has ticked up a bit across the board since Trocheck came back…except for Miller.

  5. Holy I knew the Rangers are a clownshow right now but i had no idea JT was less than half a point per game… like as a canuck you expect him to be at least 0.8PPG with his eyes closed

  6. Fun Fact: Drew O’Connor also has more points currently than JT Miller.

Edit: More facts added, there are 9 Vancouver Canucks currently with more points than JT Miller at the stage of the season.

  7. It’s to bad that miller couldn’t see that he was good because of the guys he played with.

  8. Part of me think JT lost his shit on pettey for not being ready to go at camp last season because he knew his window of being a difference maker was closing.  I still would have traded both by last offseason because I’m guessing Quinn’s moving on soon. That being said Petterson has stepped up his 5on5 game, gotten his faceoffs close to respectable depending on who he’s matching up against,  and his production is trending upwards without him reclaiming his old high end speed.  If that comes back we have a play driver down the middle,  and that changes how opponent’s look at us.

  9. I genuinely want him to do well, but if this quiets the Petterson haters then I’m ok with this too.

  10. I have been very critical of and frustrated with him at times but he literally has the heaviest and most unrelenting workload in the NHL right now and he is producing in spite of it. I still don’t think he’s quite at the peak of his powers yet but this is extremely encouraging.

  11. you guys were too soon to judge petey, i think we shouldn’t of traded horvat that was a bad return. with jt miller we had a solid return back

  12. I saw on daily faceoff lines he’s been moved to the wing too.. not sure how accurate that is but.. lol. Lmao even

  13. Captain hindsight strikes again! Might as well throw Bo in the mix to this. Just accept what we have and vote with your money.

  14. Fuck I do miss jts fake shot cross ice pass for a Petey clapper . Brock really needs to learn how to make a cross ice pass . Peteys been open a ton

  15. Yes we absolutely did trade the wrong guy. Horvat is knocking on the door of making Team Canadas Olympic team. We did trade the wrong guy. It shouldve been Miller years ago.

  16. Anybody want to comment now that Kempe signed for 10.6m a year?

People dunking on Petey for his contract were ridiculous. Saying he isn’t worth 11.6 when he was only making 7.35, then commenting on him when he was injured.

You are going to see a lot of average mid players sign 10m+ contracts very soon.

  17. You people are delusional. Petey sucks. He’s got no grit. He’s a wet noodle out there. They should have traded them both. Canucks are screwed. Hughs is leaving. Demko is made of glass. Our best player is on a contract year(Sherwood). We are doomed I’ve been a diehard fan for 30 years and it pains me to see this team. Blow it up. Start fresh. This management is garbage.

  18. I been trying to defend Petey forever now, about time he gets his redemption, I wanna see deference to our balding Swedish god.

  19. Jt Miller is a volatile player who is great on a good team and very bad on a bad team.

Loved him for the 2024 playoffs, but when he sulks he is terrible.

  20. I piggybacked onto a couple !remindmes related to this that I’m wholly looking forward to coming up

  21. Absolute bum Miller is. Making an emotionally instable person a captain is an idiotic idea.
