Imai, Imanaga, and Ha-Seong Kim (for 2B) would be a stellar off-season. Throw in Scherzer on a one year deal for SP depth, and Tyler Rogers + Devin Williams to fortify the bullpen. Giants are reloaded, and no draft picks need to be forfeited. Bringing back Dom Smith on a one year deal fortifies the bench strength and overall depth.
I’m irrationally optimistic on Matos taking over CF (Lee shifts to LF), and Gilbert + Encarnacion taking over RF. I fully admit this faith might be misguided and overly naive.
