Where are the receiving numbers too?
People refuse to admit it, but Mahomes has been declining for a couple years now. Don’t get me wrong. He’s still a top five quarterback but dual threat quarterbacks don’t last that long. We know this first hand with Russell Wilson. It’s not gonna get better for them.
This sub always takes Nix stuff too far. It’s why people don’t take us seriously.
Look I say this with all the hatred in my heart of KC and the Mahomes glazing the last few years.
But this comparison is pretty dumb to claim the king title lol. Mahomes vs Bo is still technically 1-1 (since he didn’t play the final game last year). Mahomes had a rough outing last season stats wise, but the team still managed their way to the AFCW title and the Super Bowl lol. Need to see Bo have a resume like Pat over the next few years before claiming he’s in the same tier as Mahomes.
I’m just glad to see teams figure out how to scheme against Mahomes and Reids offense this year to avoid those last minute backyard football scramble drills they always pull out to win.
Mahomes is until someone else from the AFC knocks them out. Not just beats them in a regular season game but knocks them out. Until that point the chiefs hold the claim. His rings kinda show that answer
What’s even more impressive is that this span includes the shaky start to Nix’s professional career. It took Nix 4 games to throw his fist TD pass, and in that 4th game, he had only 60 passing yards.things weren’t great to start.

We are riding a high and the team looks good. Special Teams and Offense had a really good showing in a big-boy game on Sunday, but Nix ain’t the king nor are the Broncos best in the west until they are crowned division champs. This is the same reason why a lot of fans feel like the Broncos aren’t getting respect they deserve, well that’s because this team technically hasn’t done anything yet. BUT THEY ARE WELL ON THEIR WAY.
