It’s WORSE Than We Thought!

We got some breaking news, Spurs fans, and it’s not good. What is up, San Antonio Spurs fans? Welcome to TSR Sports. Well, here we go from Shams. San Antonio Spurs star Victor Webmanyama has a left calf strain and is expected to be sidelined for a few weeks, sources tell ESPN, which means we’re not going to see him again until November, sometime in December. very similar injury to what is sideline Dylan Harper. This is ironic that I did a video this morning talking about my concern with the injuries and a few people said TSR don’t worry about it. Kind of worried about it. What is going on with the calf strains in the NBA? Why are these happening left and right? Is it the style of the play? Is it the sneakers? All the above? None of the above? Athletes pushing themselves too hard? I don’t get it. This is happening left and right. And now our WVP, the most important player on the team by far, the guy that can play two ends, not going to be available. This is uh this sucks, but obviously we want the Spurs, and I’m sure they will proceed with extreme caution with Wem. They’re not going to rush him back. Do not want to risk a Achilles injury, which we saw a bunch of times last year with Tyrese Hallebertton, Damen Lillard, Jason Tatum. We don’t want him being added to that list. So, it looks like Wendy will be out. I’m guessing until I don’t know what a few weeks means, but I’m going to guess at least three. So, early December, which is kind of the timeline for Dylan Harper to come back. This is this is going to be a time now for other guys to step up and see what see what they got. Luke Cornet’s going to be starting. Kelly is going to be the backup. By get some minutes as well. This could mean more minutes for Carter Bryant. He’s been getting very few minutes. Jeremy Sohan’s minutes had been down. I expect his minutes to go up. This is going to push our team. This we’re going to find out what our depth is. Let me reword that. We’re going to find just how good our depth is. We’ve been talking on this channel. This team has very good depth. They’re deep. Well, we’re going to find out how deep because now two important parts of our team are out. Our starting center, our MVP who’s playing at an MVP level. I see he’s in the top five of the I was gonna say MVP MVP boards. And Harper who’s been our backup point guard. Haven’t heard news on Stefon Castle yet. Hopefully his is just hopefully he’s just going to miss that half game that he missed last night because these injuries are mounting up and apparently from what you guys are saying it’s a lot of teams in the NBA. I hope this doesn’t sound crass. I don’t really care about the other teams except for when we play them. I care about the Spurs and yeah, I don’t wish any injuries on the other teams by the way, but I I don’t follow their injury report so I don’t really know what’s happening outside the Spurs except for when you guys tell me. Sure, I keep an eye on the the teams coming up, but overall I’m a little out of the loop with those teams. I am primarily focused in our team, the San Antonio Spurs. And this is absolutely not a video I wanted to make today. I was just chilling about to look on whatnot. Immediately getting I get a message from the Twitters from Dr. Phil, who you guys seen on the channel, I’m like, “Oh no, what is this?” Because whenever you guys message me, I try to read it immediately. And if you’re messaging me, it’s either really good news or bad news. And for some reason, this one made me feel like, uhoh, and it wasn’t. Uh oh. So there you go, guys. Victor Wimbama is going to be sidelined for two to three weeks, hopefully not more. The most important thing is his health. Be careful these calf strains. Seriously, what’s going on? Any doctors? Any actually, you know, medical doctors that that watch the channel, any idea why this is happening? Or maybe you’ve watched a video or read an article on what’s up with all these calf strains in the NBA lately? Some of you have said the sneakers, people wearing low tops, you know, basketball, I always thought high tops, not so much. I don’t know. This is frustrating to see just, you know, when we think we’re getting healthy, we get Darren Fox back. We’re ready for Webby and Fox to start cooking. An unfortunate We injury to Webby and just having trouble staying healthy. I guess the bright side of things, it’s early in the season and we want to be healthy at the end of the season and for hopefully some type of playoff run. Drop a comment down below, guys, how you feeling about this. It sucks, but you know, it could have been worse. It could be one of those. He’s out for the year. So this is this is a spray and strain type of situation. Take your time spurs which they will and we’ll be ready for you when you come back next month. Ready to see it performing at MVP levels again. Hit the thumbs up to help support the channel. Subscribe to become part of Rosman Spurs community. Short video but this is the news. Thank you and as always go Spurs go. and stay.

Wemby is OUT for a few weeks… and the Spurs’ season just got a whole lot more interesting. And not in a good way! In this video I’ll break down how long he’s expected to miss, and what this means for San Antonio moving forward. Can the Spurs survive without their superstar? Who needs to step up? Let’s talk about it.

  1. I absolutely did not want to make this video but, I got to report the news. Get well soon Wemby, we'll be waiting for you when you come back. Thanks for watching, GO SPURS GO.
FYI: Wemby has been diagnosed with a left calf strain after undergoing an MRI, the Spurs announced in a press release. He suffered the injury in Friday’s loss to Golden State.

  2. Coach Mitch Johnson gotta start using more than 7-8 man rotation and start using the whole bench (EXCEPT Bismack Biyombo) like the human body can’t take that much beating. So Mitch needs to start using 1-13.

  3. 9 and 4 record which would have been 4 and 9 last year. Still 13 games in and OMG the sky is falling. I would normally say give it to 20 games and see what they have but with the injuries it might be 30 games in before they have an idea who plays with who. Fortunately to me it seems that being as deep as this team is it will work out. Kelly and Waters get more reps maybe even DJG. Bismack is worrisome and Jordan well he does what he can do. KJ, Devin and Jeremy kept it going before now with Fox, Luke, Kelly and Waters, I think they'll be ok. Probably 50/50.

  4. The coach doesn't know how to use Wemby. He is trying to do too much. He shouldn't asked to chase after Curry around in the game with Warrior. Why can't our guard chase Curry instead?

  5. The little fkn troll Podjiemski is likely the culprit. He made a super dirty move towards the end of the game that tripped and knocked Wemby over. It was called a common foul. Dude should have a many-game suspension for that despicable BS.

  6. Here we go with the player management, player min restrictions, which will lead to more losses, we're gonna have stars sit out periodically through out the year spurs ain't trying to win this year, again!!

  7. New perspective? When i was young i played soccer seriously, and calf-strains were common and not taken seriously. Looking back, i remember that i had a calf strain just a couple of weeks before my achilles popped — so, maybe SHOULD have taken them seriously, but we didn't. Maybe that explains all the calf-injury news: the injuries aren't new, but their being news is? Ché pas 🤷
