Knicks run a 7 man rotation in November? The damn rabbit got us again

  1. Kolek, Pac, and Huk might as well get traded. They’ve just been rottting away on the bench for going on two seasons now.

  2. Coaching malpractice. This is a meaningless early season game. You can’t find 5 minutes for Huk and Kolek? I know it’s against the hated Heat but dude

  3. I mean we’ve got a few injuries on our han,d and Huk, Pac and Kolek are kinda not great. Yabusele too, he’s pretty awful. I can’t blame Mike Brown for the short rotation tonight.

  4. It’s pretty clear that Brown is lost without Jalen and OG. I don’t blame him, it’s tough to lose a core like that, but it is his job to figure out how to proceed in a better way than tonight, and quickly. I’m sure he will adjust.

  5. People who think Brown is a better coach than Thibs have never, ever played ball

Funny how when his 2 stars were out, he was scared shitless to use his bench, not wanting Huk and Kolek to see the floor, and Yabusele in limited minutes

You give Thibs a bench this good last season (Clarkson, Deuce, Shamet, Huk, Deuce, Kolek, Hart) and he is easily going to the Finals

We don’t play defense against playoff caliber teams, haven’t all season, and I have a tough time thinking Brown’s coaching and schemes can get us past the 2nd round this season

Rose needs to get a very serviceable 5 in here and ASAP… Mitchell can’t even go 20 minutes, what happens when he is inevitably out again?

  6. This sub.
If Deuce had made a 3 at the end, or if they’d tied it up and won in OT, this thread wouldn’t be here and there’d be one in its place from a different OP (or maybe thr same one) raining praise on how the Knicks are gonna make it to the Finals this year.

Here’s what happened. Hard game for a variety of reasons. They kept it close, but let the opponent build a lead with a fee minutes left. Then, they closed the gap and couldn’t seal a win.

They watch the game “tape,” they practice, they drill, they learn.

These types of games feel harder to lose than blowouts. The Knicks themselves are already working on getting over it and getting better, and here we are as fans with this shit.

Any fool can criticize, and most do.

  7. It’s just a matter of KAT effort has to be better. With JB and OG out, he’s the guy. Anything less than complete effort on both sides form him means a loss.
