LeBron James on what he expects his role to be this season with the Lakers:

  5. I really hope he gets inserted into the lineup in a way that builds on what the lakers have cooking instead of changing it into something different. Ofcourse i dont really know shit, but if lebron just came in and gave intensity on defense and was a cutter and touch pass on offensive this team would be so hard to stop

  6. its going to be interesting to see how many minutes JJ plays him regularly. I doubt he will be going over 35mpg. even 30 might be overkill this early in the season. But at 20-25mpg, he should have enough stamina to do everything on the court that the lakers need.

  19. Honestly, with the way the Lakers are playing right now I’d say keep his minutes on the lower side to make sure he’s fully healthy for the playoffs

  21. Can he just be given the true SF role instead of slotting him in as PF!? They got Ayton and Hayes for size, they don’t need to waste LeBron down there. 

  23. Go easy most the season, get into the playoffs. Go HAM. Play max 45 games this year, average 22 ppg. Get another title.

  27. Best case scenario for them is Luka and AR keeping the team safely in the playoff picture, and then unleashing a well-rested LeBron in the playoffs as needed.
