Jamal Mosley had this team top 10 defensively in Orlando a year ago. So they will be knowing where Steph is at. Anytime you hit a team for 56, they’re ready for you. Well, they were second last year. How do you follow it up in a consistent sin column integrating Desmond Bane? Jamal Mosley is a great young coach in this league and they got off to a slow start defensively and in November much better all the way around. Defensive rebounding, guarding the three ball, guarding inside. So, they’re getting back to that. So Moody one of two from the line. They’re still not a great three-point shooting team. Probably because Desmond Bane, the guy they got to help them, is 31% less the team average. Draymond blocking Vagner and Steph pushing running with friends. Will Richard spaces out. Will Richard hitting a three. So he got his ring today. He’s feeling good. Good vibes. That’s one thing about Jaylen Suggs. As good of a defender as he is, he will gamble. So the Warriors took advantage of it there. He went for the steal, left nobody to guard Will Richard. Yeah, Kena mentioned the Florida championship ring. Yeah, this is where Jaylen Suggs thrives. It’s interesting. They’re they’re low on pace. They don’t play as fast at times, but they’re opportunists. They’re eighth at fast break points. They get up and down. They’re sixth in transition points, too. If you’ve not watched a lot of NBA in the early part of the season, 25 teams have 100 possessions per game as Steph puts that in. Why is that different? A year ago, it was nine. Yeah, that’s crazy. The game has gotten so much faster, but Steph fell over there. And Bane running into he’s so good off of those. the way he gets into that step back. He’ll just get into your body. His scouting report is, okay, you run him off the three-point line. He hasn’t been getting that great of looks because everybody’s so close to him. They don’t have to stay as close to a lot of other guys on this team. So, the drive has been there for him and he’s been okay with that. You see the body he’s built for it. And Bane coming over from Memphis, Contavius, Caldwell, Pope, Cole Anthony, and four number on’s the shooter Orlando was looking for. The return pass to Steph thrown away. It’s a threeon one. Wendell Carter putting it up and in and Steve Kerr going to take a timeout. Again, Draymond has some long closeouts. Drive again, kick it out again. That’s what you have to do this game and try to stay away from forcing it inside. Look for your cutting. They’re going to overplay you at times. Use all their intensity and pressure against them. Finally got in the paint. They had to help off Draymond. Suggs missing there. Talk to people that watch the Magic, they’ll say J guard the ball and knock it away. Magic though. All five guys in blue were back nicely. They got Dilva on Steph now. They always try to put size on Steph. Draymond’s made one. Draymond’s made two. Hey, don’t let him find his rhythm again on the season. It’s still 36%. He struggled in San Antonio, but he was expending a lot of energy guarding that Webinama guy. You see Jaylen Suggs, he’s special, man. He’s got some quickness. And that’s the thing. If you’re going to bring the pressure, get that close to it. Makes it easier for him to drive. So Suggs has four both drives. Steph in, out, up and around and out. And Suggs with the rebound. I like how Will Reer tried to crash the offensive glass there. Make it tough on them to box out. So Jaylen Suggs, they’re just the only knock on him was, hey, is this percentage shooting going to get better? This year three. this year is number 54% of the field, 40% on threes as K said and Draymond Green right down the lane. Draymond getting all he wants because they’re keeping two with Steph and they’re not ro rotating to him in time. He can shoot it from outside that time just roll to the basket. You could tell by the way he runs, he’s got that smooth bounce, and he speaks five languages, too. So, he’s not a buffoon. So, did the defense react like that?
