Anyone who’s smart knew that appeal wasn’t going to work. In the real world he could have been arrested for assault.
IMO he should have gotten an extra game or something for wasting everyone’s time. Like if it wasn’t so obvious then yeah it makes sense to appeal it and not add anything to the punishment because it’s a debatable topic but when it’s blatant it’s a time waste
