NHL Highlights | Flames vs. Blackhawks | November 18, 2025
Southern win. Phenomenal performance. This one
underway. Glad to have you with us on Chicago Sports Network. Burikovsky on the attack
right off the draw, but it’s knocked away. Matt Coronado able to settle it down. He had a
career-high 11 shots in that game against Chicago, but couldn’t solve Spencer Knight. Here he is on
the attack now. We’ll slow it down. Dropped off. Leaguer shoots. Save. Rebound slides free. You
know that you would say, “Oh my goodness, there’s so many bad things going on.” That’s not the case
whatsoever. Well, sometimes it’s good for a young player to sit out, take a look from, you know,
bird’s eye view. As Moore gets a shot away, that’s off ball stick and the puck goes high. Lapka gets
the puck out at center. No, it’s it’s 67, not 68. All right, please. Let’s not start big save. That
was a terrific chance. Sam Morton playing tap the puck away. And now the Hawks counter into the
zone screen. Here is a chance. Bernard, the blocker save by Wolf. Oh, left shot by Bernard.
That was a good stop by Dustin Walton. That gets blocked. That leads to this going the other way.
Nice pass by Green over to his right side which is Connor Bernard. And another slippery shot on the
blocker but a good save ran into Sharon Govich. Puck on the near side played in front. Here’s a
chance and it’s fired high by Murphy. Backhanded off of Murphy around to the other side. Weer
intercepts. Feeds it ahead. Here’s Morton. He’s got Black in front. Morton shoots and that’s wide
all the way around the top of the forge and up our uh our numbers tonight in terms of the odds. I’d
put a heavy heavy uh heavy odd on that one. Here’s leg. Chance now for the box shot by Slagger.
Stopped by Wolf. He’s down. He’s got traffic in front. There’s a pile up in the Calgary crease and
the puck’s under there somewhere. The 8minute mark of the first period. Yeah, good speed going down
the left side there. And that time Slagger’s not going to make a pass across the seam. He’s going
to fire that puck. He’s got two players going hard to the net and he doesn’t get a whole lot on it.
The goalender’s there. Slagger gets the rebound, but it’s the defenseman Kousnets that’s there
that makes the second one cuz he slides into the goalie and then he made the save, but he can’t
cover that puck up with his hand. Otherwise, it would be a penalty shot for them. Dumped in. Good
hustle by Donado onto the puck. Back to Grizzly. Quick shot. Never got through. Fed back. Here’s
Donado. And that’s off the leg in front. Comes free. Shot blocked. They score. Donado able to rip
it home and the Hawks take a one- nothing lead, but this looked like it was going to be an icing.
Renzel dumped it in outside the red line. Donado, give him credit. He was the one that beat the
icing. And now the play stays alive. The first shot hit a body in front. It comes right
back to Donado. Keep your eye on Donado, who just made the backhand pass. Now
he’s going to come to the open area of the ice. First one blocked goes off the
defenseman. Second one blocked goes off the forward and right back there to Donado
who just fires this one home and makes no mistake whatsoever. Wolfe had no chance.
He didn’t even know where the puck was. Calgary is challenging the play
for goalender interference. Well, that would have happened on the first shot after
the one was blocked. Both were blocked. So the the first one gets blocked. The second one by
Donado gets blocked and it comes right back to him. I obviously saw that the goalender
Dustin Wolf wasn’t getting back. Let’s see where Slagger is. He’s in his He’s got That’s
Laferty. He’s in good space. Good space. He’s in the white. He’s in the white. No, there’s
not goalie interference there. That’s after coach’s challenge for goalender interference is
determined there was no interference on the play. We have a good goal. Minor penalty to Calgary.
Bench Miner. He has the puck. Conor Bernard on the attack. Slows it down. Plays it over
into traffic. Burkovski. That’s turned away. And it stayed out somehow. And the Hawks get it
out. Here’s Bernard. He’s got Burkovsky with him. Bernard. Burkovski. And he’s stopped by Wolf.
Such an elite passer of the puck. Green takes it from his hand to his stick. And now
Bernard brings it back. head up all the way right there and just sends a nice little
saucer pass across the way and maybe if this is one timed Kevin Ball Sharon go drops it off.
Cadry leads the way back to Sharon Govich. Nice play to Anderson. Stopped by Solder. Rebound
still loose. Cornado gets the puck passed in front. Big save off Sharon Golovic. Lassic tied
up along the far side by Jonathan Hubbero. Gets the puck free. Burkovsky. Nice play to Bernard.
Cuts in front trying to tuck it in the backand and we’ll punch the post. Now pass the green
is chopped away after shift right now in the second period and the Hawks starting to wear down
Calgary. Here’s the short side play right there. And that’s the ability going on the backhand
right here. Looking like forehand there goes to the backand but the goalie I say this about
Dustin W. He’s got a really tis been terrific this season. Steel though at the line. Sharon
B pass. Good job by Rexel to get it back and he’ll try and flip it through. Bernard trying
to catch up to it. Wol on the play. He scores. Bernard able to pull Q in as Wolf misplayed the
puck and Conor Manard makes it two nothing Hawks. Well, you didn’t see that coming from 200 ft as
he gets the punt number six there. Good position. He’s out of gas. He just flips it and it took
an angle towards Mard who stays with it. The goalender goes and fans on it. Bard may have seen
that with one hand. He’s got his head up. Oh my goodness. And just so delicately on the penalty
kill. Solder Bloom save percentage is 90%. That’s high. That’s top five. Anderson with a pass to
Cadri looking in front. They score on the back door. Coronado able to tuck it in and make it a
onegoal game. Looked like that puck was in the air tonight. He had every glorious chance, but the the
Flames win the face off right there. Now they get things set up. And from here, oh, how this gets
through right here. Oh my goodness. Cadre’s first point in his in his sixth game now. He went zero
in his last five. Oh wow. Before Crebier could even have the strength to get on the stick there
of Coronado. Coronado. Give him credit. That’s a strong lower hand, Rick, to be able to handle that
pass, to be able to handle the stick of creier. He’s bumped by Lombberg line for the Flames. Given
the Hawks top line some communication right there with the steel following up is back. It comes
across to Anderson. He scores. Rasmus Anderson goes posted in and it’s a tie game. And as he
always does, he stares down whoever’s nearest to him in the stands. Kaiser was looking for
a reverse. Good pressure there by Lombberg. At this point here, you can see stop it here if you
can. There’s no defenseman right here. And and I think I think what happened was Kaiser thought
that his defense was there for a reverse. Well, let’s not there. Green had kind of vacated that
area. And so because of that, the Calgary Flames continue it in. And Anderson goes high to the
glove side. And the fourth line of the Calgary Flames with Backland added on a line change
tie this game up. So the defenseman Anderson gets his fourth of the Backland and Clapco
with the assist on Anderson’s game time goal. Ryan Green down the left side goes
cross ice. Score Conor Bernard. What a shot by number 98. His second of the
game. And the Hawks are back on top. That is just sick in the world. They can get
that on his stick and off the stick like that one right there. Green, good pull-up move. Makes
the pass across and in one quick motion with a defenseman ball there. You can see the pullup
move by Green by some time. Greens a little bit more time and this wrist shot is just a thing of
beauty. It’s on his stick. It’s off his stick. He pulls it to the toe. He rips it underneath the
stick. A ball over the blocker and in the net. And thanks for coming for the go-ahead goal from
Bard. Carolina. He’ll bank it to Nazar. And he steers that up. And then pressures Weaguer. Nazar
with a steal. Nazar cuts in front and it’s jabbed away by Wolf and he’ll gather it in. One more.
John fakes. Takes block. Good play Nazar. Hawks have numbers. Here they go. Ball with Nazar. All
the more touchs in front. Lost the handle. scores four makes it 42 Hawks. They get up the ice in a hurry. Fiveman collapse
to the middle of the ice. Nazar’s got a strong stick right there and it’s on the ice and it’s
firm. He puts it over to Moore and and Moore like a bat out of hell coming through right there
and he will not be denied. goes to the back end, gets swept away, gets a break because it goes
off ball skate, maybe back on board skate, and look at the celebration. And the fans go crazy
here in Chicago as this puck goes across. There’s Hubo on the far side. Back to Anderson. Poked
up by McMah. Look out. Away he goes. McMahanded stopped by Wolf. Blocker saved by Dustin Wolf
right here in the neutral zone. And then there he goes and he’s looking blocker side and you put
a two-goal game. 10 seconds left in the penalty to Pocket Protects the puck makes a pass to Weager
Backlin shoots that caught the crossbar clipped off the bar and out of the box is Dock back the
other way. Ma breaks through forces the puck to the board. Now it’s played in front kan with
the save. It’s still low. Scramble all around the Hawks goal. sort of finally able to cover
off. Love gets the whistle. Boy, did he hold his ground nicely. And that’s not easy to do. Ask any
goalender that’s played. It’s a loose puck. You got to keep your skates outside the the goal line
as well. And and and have firm edges as well. It’s loose. You got to battle there. You got Clap on
you. You got Frost there. Look at 1 2 3 4. Bounce free into the corner. Here’s Bernard making moves.
Knocked off a stick. He’s able to recover. He’ll try it from his own zone for the hattick. He’s got
it. Conor Bernard. Second career hattick. 52 Hawks grunting and grinding. Guys like Doc
and guys like Slagger Green. And here, even though the puck is poked from him,
he’s able to get it back right here and spin on a dime and put it right in the
middle of the net. Oh, that knocked down every pin. Even in Canadian bowling with
only five pins, that is right dead center. Left to center. What a run. Regel gets
knocked out. Guess who? Black is a ball.

I love this! Connor bedard is on fire! Where are all the haters now?
Man, the BS bad luck that needs to happen for wolf to have a bad game. Flames need some bigger d that can clear the crease for wolf, make his nights easier
Someone get Kelly Hrudy a box of Kleenex.
Celebrini did it better, game winning overtime Hattie
I seem to remember articles and videos about Bedard being a bust. The apology needs to be as loud as the disrespect!
Calgary need a new coach, there’s no plan, no system, lots of penalties and turnover!
Calgary better fire the coach before it’s too late, he just failed to coach this team.
if I was wolf id be embarrassed w/ the goal against Bedard, knight should have played to get another shutout
Connor Bedard 🏒🚨🏒🚨🏒🚨
Nicest empty netter I've seen in a while
Bedard is hacking, using aimbot.
