And just the heel of his stick was on the ice right be nice to give the Flames a real boost jolt of energy if they can get on the scoreboard here. Cad scores. Work to the far side off the post by Wolf to keep them in it and then Michael Bachman from a tough angle. Right. Cross leaning in. Starts with the pucka ties up a stick. Now it’s freed. Cadri out in front. Frost brought by Solder. They jam away at Puck and still free. Now the whistle sounds as Slim found a way to cover off. It’s a 50/50 draw. Hubo gets it. Gets a little bit of help. Bouncing puck over top of Serbloom’s stick. Coronado nearly had it in the corner. Hawks can’t get it out. Flames keep it in. Bedard long attempt at the empty net. Bedard hatrick scores and hit the ice in the United Center. Second career hatrick. Well, they’re trying to do their best to get out there and I don’t blame them. Reward your players. They’re sitting on two goals. Make sure every opportunity you can, unless they’re dog tired, to get them out there with an empty net to give them that reward. Connor Bedard recorded the second hat trick of his career, Oliver Moore picked up a goal and an assist, and Arvid Soderblom made 19 saves to lead the Chicago Blackhawks to a 5-2 win over the Calgary Flames.
