Everything is so tight as we’re underway here as the Red Wings start with Finny and Comper and Kane. The save made right off the bat. Cider into the skates of the brinket then knocked away from him. Then Cider forced the issue and away comes Lucas Raymond. Raymond on his backand put it in front and a good save there by Doris. Well, Detroit uh right off the hop with the defenseman Cider joining the rush. Not a hard shot, but uh particularly dangerous maybe, but Accord good job to be in good position to make the save. He might have been trying to go far side to Larkin. Parchment played one over. Didn’t work for Jordan Ely. And then Raymond couldn’t get it into the zone. On the wing for Larkin. He goes rink wide. Yeah, it was a long way from being an oldfashioned Donny Brook, but uh Oh, what the heck? Good stuff. Second period underway as Comper gets checked by Dunn. Knocked down at center by Everly. Those are the kind of plays that they were lamenting a couple of games ago trying to get too cute around the net. Just the halfway point in this game. Raymond who has a goal along with Danielson for Detroit. Top covered by two Kraken. Danielson passing front to score to Emtt Penny. The rookies combined. Penny’s got his first point in 11 games. and Danielson with his first National Hockey League assist. Well, we mentioned against the Rangers, Mick, in that game from the game prior when he played 2259, a careerhigh after playing just over 13 minutes the game prior. But the Red Wings still with it. Lurin a spinound shot. This went high over the glove of Decord in behind the net for Larkin as the Red Wings are in the midst of a change in front. Big stop, rebound, another stop. Two in a row on de Brink. Dodge a bullet there, boy. And what a couple of possible game- saving saves right there. Holy smoke. Back to back on Alex De Brinken. Got his own rebound. Not much on it, but nonetheless, dangerous scoring chance that went wide. Solen and Talbet big stop. Yeah, this is communication boy in your own end. But again, quick hustle right there. There’s not much that Sand Pelican can do about that. Somebody’s got to warn him. What a game saver that knocked that one down. It comes for Ras Mus. Perfect feed for Cop. Want to gain center. Looked for a second but off the outside. Wrapped in by the rookie captain. Empty net for Seattle. Shot from Dunn. Knocked down to Brinket. Larkin for the empty net and scores. Dylan Lurin. Point number 600 and it seals a victory. And Todd Mcfallen himself talked to the offensive guys and then they had a contact on the ice at the dot just outside the blue line of Seattle about how they were supposed to play the last minute and boy did they lock that down good. 19 minutes. The Red Wings now with a 4-2 victory are in first place in the Atlantic Division.

Lucas Raymond recorded a goal and an assist and Alex DeBrincat added two helpers as the Detroit Red Wings defeated the Seattle Kraken 4-2.
