✭ Shavon Revel shows promise in Dallas Cowboys Debut || All 22 highlights film session
And we are back, man. Doubling down with another little video for y’all today. We ain’t doing nothing else. Take a look at Savone Rubble. Man, I ain’t gonna lie, man. I I was watching this film. I can’t wait till next week. See what that looks like. You know, we going to get AJ Brown, Devonte Smith, the running back throwing the football over there with the Eagles. You know what I’m saying? But I saw some real interesting things with Revel this week. I can’t wait to see him in action, man. Let’s just watch a couple plays, man. Here here are here are Oprah’s favorite things regarding Savone Rell. Okay. Now, uh I’m I’m probably going to tweet about this and it probably will be well tweeted by the time y’all see this or whatever, but I think that the Cowboys are eventually going to unlock a lot more pressed, man. Um I think Trey Diggs coming back. I think that’s going to have a lot to do it. You know, Kaylin Carson can do it as well and he’s starting like he played the most reps out of everybody on defense or whatever. We know Bland can, but I’m just watching Savon Rale, you know, him and his length, you know, arm length. He was a he was a press man match kind of guy in in college anyway. He was vers enough to do everything, right? Kind of redirecting Trey Tucker coming off and uh coming up and making the tackle here. And you can see in a lot of his effort in Rebels um effort here that he really had like a rocket in his back and he was trying to make all the plays. I’m going to show you a couple more examples there. Man, when I saw this play, I immediately thought about Brian Bris, man. One of one of Brian’s favorite things going to get a little coverage right here. One of Brian’s favorite things is when a corner can carry a receiver across the formation. So in the event boom boom boom had the receiver hit a little crosser for you, right? It’s impressive if a corner is able to kind of match and mirror that and run across the formation like stay with him. First of all, Revel is able to do that. But look at how much depth Revel comes from in order to get the angle on there and then with the actual speed on the back end actually keep up with the damn coverage. I like, “Hey, man.” You know what I’m talking about? What we doing? Uh uh I just thought that was a very impressive play by him. You know, cuz if anything, you may be, you know, worried about the knee, you worried about the movement and all this kind of stuff, but hey, man, you ain’t got nothing to worry about, man. And um one more thing that I think that we can all kind of bank on and feel like, you know, great about is my highlight of that. One thing that we can feel great about is that we can damn near bank on there being pass rush up front. You know what I mean? Now, we’re going to play some better offensive lines. cuz I can’t wait to see what that looks like. Right. But with better pass rush up front, you know, you going to get better coverage on the back end. So, with more press opportunities, we can only imagine uh that that’s going to turn into more picks. Take a look at him up here. Boom. We ain’t doing nothing else. Strong at the line. I think this is this is his his best punch and turn. Bam. Redirecting uh getting getting down on Michael Mayer, man. And you know, the Raiders are are a team that, you know, treat their tight ends like like wide receivers anyway. I mean, Bowowers down there. We ain’t looking at him now, but um you know Bowers, Mayor, those guys are part of the uh Raiders like passing tree or whatever, right? And man, Rubble going to get a cool little punch, boom, right in the chest there, staying square and turning, using the sideline as a weapon, right? Why Why is it important for him to use the sideline as a weapon? Well, because if Gino is going to make a throw, he going to have to be a bad boy to make a throw with this much space. like it ain’t a whole bunch of space over there uh for Gino to make a you know to make a tight window throw. So that’s good job from Rebel being being physical funneling uh Mayor to the sideline and of and of course like the goal is to kind of get you on the sideline cuz the second that you touch the sideline you’re officially out of bounds. You know what I mean? And then Rebel still, you know, get his eyes around and make a uh to make a play on the uh football there. Just look, man. It’s just night and day from what we’ve been seeing. You know what I mean? It’s just night and day from what we’ve been, you know, and look, Kyrie Ela may be cool in some other system, man. You know, he has some pretty good days in camp. I’m not going to knock him on that, bro. But like, it’s just like this just a little different than what we’ve been seeing. I don’t want to hype it up too bad. I don’t want to hype it up too bad, but I think that it’s worth considering the idea that this ain’t a damn bad play here. Shouts out to Revel. Like I said, man, uh Revel played a bunch of, you know, zone man and match in college or whatever, so he’s he’s good to go. Um, I actually mentioned on the uh break earlier uh that you know Revel was kind of caught up in one of those I’m in the middle of a zone and I could tell something’s happening to me, but I’m composing fine. You know what I’m saying? Like I I uh here we go. Revel’s up here. Bam. And you’re kind of going to see Trey Tucker kind of wanting to, you know, get you to take the cheese a little bit or he’ll just beat you over the top in which Trey didn’t do a uh he he didn’t end up doing that. Shouts out to Donovan Wolf for kind of turning around and getting involved here. I want Donovan Wilson to turn a little bit better than that, but it is what it is. He technically did his job in this situation, right? But what’s wanted here is they want they want Trey Tucker to go this way so that Savone Real can make the mistake by going that way, turn his hips that way so that Michael Mayer can get the uh the uh free release right here. You even see Michael Mayer flipping his eyes uh to the back field right here. Right? You see him go one, two, boom, flip his eyes to the back field because he knows that if Savone Real eat the cheese, then the football need to be right there and there some treachery is going to be a foot. Uh, but hey man, Revel Rev did the right thing, man. Rev did the right thing. Revel said, “Hey, look, Chad, chat, chat, look right here.” Revel said, “Hey, he passed his ass along and Revel got his ass right back outside. Got his eyes part right back outside.” He He got his ass outside, too. You know what I’m saying? Pause if necessary. But hey, he got outside and cut down on that space, man. So, even if Gino was looking in that direction, man, it just wasn’t going. Uh Gino ended up throwing to the other side there. Uh that’s just Gino. Was it some pressure? Was it any pressure on Gino that made him throw the ball like that? Yeah, of course. Hey, man, with a little bit of pressure, man. Anything can anything can be better. But I’m just glad the Rebel didn’t take the cheese on that last play cuz he’s comfortable in these zone sets. And the Cowboys look, they look like they run a little more cover four. So, that’s something to keep eyes on for sure. This me just keeping eyes on Revel, man. Trying to see how the knees hold up. You know what I’m saying? Trying to see if the legs are good, man. Like, he had a catastrophic injury and we feel like the damn boy didn’t got hurt again. You know what I’m saying? So, seeing him a, you know, being being able to backpedal, flip, turn his hips, you know what I’m saying? Like, he he he he in phase, bro. Revel is in phase, bro. You know what I’m saying? Right up in there. And if you know, Gino throws with with, you know, some anticipation is not quite his skill set, then there’s a possibility that he can make this throw. But, uh, I, you know, Gino don’t necessarily get get down like that, uh, to be able to make a make a, uh, to make a throw this tight to the sideline like that. You know, I just think Revel still long enough with, you know, with with with the ability to drive on the football. He wasn’t making that play in particular. But, boy, I I feel good about Revel and his um and his health there. It’s it’s gonna get weird because Dig is going to come back and we got two games from Kaylin Carson that’s real good and you know Revel 17 plays in and there’s going to be opportunities for him to play you and know and and Readyy’s going to come in and do some nickel stuff also uh you know assuming Bland’s not going to be around doing his thing or whatever but Rebel got some reps on the inside uh this game. I ain’t gonna show those because I haven’t prepped that necessarily. But uh I don’t want to just see Rebel go away when Diggs comes back. at least give me a healthy rotation of those guys to like, you know, kick it off or whatever. But, uh, let that dude play. Let that dude play. Especially because I feel like D is gonna be in this show. All right, here we go. Uh, we got Rebel up top. Step down again. Ready to punch the hell out somebody. Let’s see what happens here. Let’s see what happens. This third and 10, first play of the fourth quarter there. Let’s see what happens with Rebel. Hey man, ain’t nothing going on, dog. We just in phase, you know what I’m saying? A little just a little bit of hands down about him. Nothing nothing too crazy. Not a not a super crazy efficient, you know what I’m saying? Uh uh uh pressor jam or whatever. Hey, man. We just going to turn and stay in phase, which is which is half the battle. Knowing is half the battle, ladies and gentlemen. You know what I’m saying? So, I’m just super excited about about about Rebel. You know, you you you anything look, bro. I say less is more. You know what I’m saying? It’s not about how good Rebel I say the same thing about linebacker, too. It’s not about how good Revel is or about how good uh Logan Wilson is, right? It’s just that the fact that the absolute horrible players, I don’t want to say that about them people, man. I work over that. But I just think you get a little better. The horrible people get to sit down. They not watching this yet, man. They They ain’t watching this. They ain’t watching this. Kier Elim and Lo uh not low. Ky Elim and um uh Ken Murray, they haven’t been playing good good football at all. And I think just by taking them off field like, “Hey man, you get a little better in general, man. You know what I’m saying? You get just a smidge better by just removing those guys.” But then you replace them uh with some young guys that can, you know, they can actually run, you know, run around a little bit and they feel comfortable in their job. So, uh, shouts out to those dudes. Shouts out to, uh, Rebel, you know what I’m saying? Making his, uh, debut there as a, as a Cowboy. He had 17, uh, 17 plays. Uh, and most of them were passing plays. The Raiders threw the ball a bunch. That’s on them. That’s their business. They ain’t on us. But anyway, man. Hey, I love y’all to pieces. I’ll catch y’all on another film session or video. And, uh, man, I love y’all to pieces. Catch me on crown.com. Salute.

can you do the snaps of film overshown did
Why is only Revel using press ??
Pending good health, ⚔️⚡ Voch-VL 🏆 Lombardi⚡⚔️…
Shavon Revel Jr is the future with DaRon 'Anything but' Bland
Shavon revel is a pro bowler in the making🔥🔥🔥 now all we gotta do is give my man a real number and get rid of that training camp number #34🤦♂️🤣 Malik hooker needs to give my man his original #28 number to rock🔥🤣
I hope he becomes the next Byron Jones like player where everyone is scarred to throw near him lol
You said something very interesting Voch. I hope and I’ve left it alone… but that press! There’s been a lot of instances where we play 8-9 shit 10 yards off man in some crucial moments and I can’t stand it. But yes keep going
Man imagine hasnt played a game in a yr. And plays this well as a rookie first game!
You forgot to mention he could get called for PI on a lot of the highlight where he's on a guy
I believe if Dak played this defense he would tear it up! I saw some defensive players (linebackers) out of position! Too much space. A good QB would take advantage! Let's GO COWBOYS! God, Family & Football!
Voch you said it, in known passing downs and distance take Wilson out and put Diggs at safety. With their pressure up the middle, Diggs could definitely get some INTs. Flus, pick up the phone, man!!!
Corners in 2026 gonna be carson bland and revel with butler as backup🔥
Just bring Bland down to nickel and keep Revel and Diggs at the corner and Carson on the rotation keep the big Cbs at the corners and see who deserves to start at the corners if Diggs continues to get roasted keep Carson out there
PLAY the film!! And you can still talk! Shit why all u do this
I'm so glad that he finally mentioned Diggs without saying that he's not going to be here as if we can actually see the future 🔮even if probabilities are low.
This year is this year

I’m definitely excited about Revel but also C.Carson as well, he looked pretty good too! This entire defense is so different now, thanks to Q.Williams
Diggs not coming back
SR is A Dawg & Diggs Can Move 2 Safety ➡️⬆️
Aj brown 3 rec for 15 yards..😂
He was supposed to be a top 20 pick in the draft before his knee injury. If hes healthy and can stay that way, the skys the limit with him. He has great technique and is fast as hell on top of it.
I know Revel was considered like a late first round talent. Usually, I don’t like drafting those types of corners because they’re usually boom or bust type of players. However, it seems he is a boom. The track record on the types that are dropped outside of the top 15 is usually not very good. So it’s awesome that they seem to hit.
The man has awesome closing speed. FAF
trade trevon for a 3rd i believe this kid is an all pro in the making because he knows what it takes to work hard these kind of players become GOD Sends just like overshown
Shavon revel is the truth I ain’t sold on Carson though
Boy was moving smooth as hell with that brace on imagine when it comes off 😮💨
Keep Diggs off the field he's burnt toast
Revel Carson Bland Butler and let's not leave out Diggs so we don't reach or need to draft a corner go LB and safety. Sign Clark Pickens keep Still with TE chips on pass plays. Hope Blue get tuffer
King Von is reincarnated 🤯🦾🦾
Voch- what do you know about Dontae Foreman and his availability. I’m concerned about our run game if Javonte gets hurt. Foreman runs tough like Javonte and wouldn’t miss a beat if Javonte gets dinged.
