Jamar Chase has officially received a one-ame suspension from the NFL. So, where do we go from here? Well, first things first, Chase is going to appeal his one-ame suspension, and that appeal will be heard by former Green Bay Packers wide receiver Nelson. Nelson is one of a handful of former players who are now appeal officers jointly appointed by both the NFL and the NFL PA. And Chase and the Bengals should hear back on his appeal before they start practice on Wednesday, so he knows if, you know, he’s playing or not. And if his suspension is upheld, then not only is Chase out for this week, he’s going to lose over $500,000 in both his game check and his perame roster bonus. And then the Bengals are going to have to play against one of the two nine- win teams in the NFL without their number one receiver. Now, right before both his suspension and his appeal was announced, Chase declined to talk to reporters on Monday afternoon. And the last thing that we heard from Chase is that he said he didn’t spit on Jaylen Ramsey. And of course, 4K video was caught of him actually doing that. And I don’t blame Chase for staying quiet. The only thing that he could do is probably make the situation worse. And in that moment, tensions were definitely running high. Ramsay had been playing really rough that entire game. He’d been trying to get in Chase’s head. But after Jaylen Carter essentially served a one-ame sentence for spitting on a player, this was the obvious outcome for Chase, unfortunately. And now they’re likely going to be without him against one of the NFL’s best teams. I know you can’t see it, but it is literally raining outside my window. And when it rains, it pours.

  1. He spit on Tee last year and trying to wipe it off Tee on mic'd up, so maybe he just has a spitting issue 😂 that's why it was so funny when press asked Tee about him spitting 😂

  2. Nobody (including bengals media or pods or most fans or channel 19 fox videographer) cared about illegal hit on Burrow week 18 2024. No penalties, no fines, no suspensions, no outrage.

    Cam didn't just drive Burrow into the ground but look at close up of Cam ripping Burrow facemask to the side while still laying on top of him and dragging mud and grass with it. Bengals beat reporters (or fox 19) didn't care about making that viral

  3. Yeah, it sucks he lost his cool and spit on Ramsey – the worse offense is lying about it to reporters as if there weren't a dozen cameras recording every square inch of the field. Bengals need a culture change.
