I don’t think many people realise how special Dylan Harper already is

  1. I know the sample size is extremely small. But based on eye test he seems to adapt to NBA level defence very quickly and is confident enough to take on his defenders.

  2. Small sample size, but the eye test is pretty evident that out of the class, Harper is the most likely candidate for being the best out of this class the quickest. It’ll be an insane class to talk about 5 years from now, but I see Harper as probably being the one to have the most impact on team success than anyone else.

  3. Yeah. Eye test from his drives to the bucket from the first few games already looks like he’s been in the league for a few seasons. Just looks so easy for him on those finishes when they’re live. Then you watch the replay and it’s like “damn how’d he get that one to go?”

  4. nice find, thanks for sharing. i was already impressed by watching him, but felt like it was homerism / bias. he seems to be performing better than i even realized though.

  5. I’ve already said it, but he’s better for Wemby than Fox because he can pass the ball inside. I’m convinced that with Harper playing 35 minutes, they would have beaten the Warriors.

  6. Harper is a special talent. He just happens to be drafted in a team loaded with talent + an alien. But if it wasn’t for that he’d be getting a lot more attention. If he comes back in shape from his injury he will have a lot of opportunities to show off in the next few weeks

  7. He has the elusiveness around the basket of a young James Harden. OKC Harden. Before Darrell Morey got to him and he became a foul merchant.
