HAS 58 CATCHES 908 YARDS AND 7 TOUCHDOWNS AND THAT’S GEORGE. PICKINGS AND WE SPENT A LOT OF TIME YESTERDAY TALKING ABOUT GEORGE PICKING. SO I BET THEY HAD 1 GUY THAT THEY DIDN’T GET THE BALL TO ENOUGH, RIGHT? YOU KNOW YOU I SHOULD HAVE WARNED HIS JERSEY YESTERDAY. SO THEY HAD 1 GUY THAT ENOUGH.   1. The Steelers organization did not want GP because he was a headache. The players didn't want him around because he is a distraction, and they had to babysit him on the field. They were never going to give him a second contract. He's an incredible talent, but given all of the insane WRs that Tomlin has managed over the years, I think he knows by now when they need to be cut loose.

  2. Pickens is special but I also feel like DK isn't playing with a QB that's willing to force feed him the ball & it's crazy bc he's the only good WR on the steelers & one of their highest paid players

  15. You fools don't realize GP was always late to meetings and practise. He was always getting penalties and he had major attitude on the sideline and in the locker room. He didn't want to be a Steeler and he showed it.

  16. When a players career and earnings potential is being ruined by a team, like GP's was in Pitt, a lot of them do things to get out. That seems to be exactly what GP did. The problem with those players is, they are happy when things are going well, like they are for him right now. But they tend to go nuts again when things go bad, which they always eventually do. Man choosing between GP and Lamb is such a tough call. GP does seem to have more innate talent. I hope they manage to keep them both.

  20. Y’all don’t watch the Steelers but here’s the truth. Pickens did not want to be there anymore, the Steelers had constant quarterback issues, and his effort left a lot to be desired. Pickens is also about to be a free agent after these next 7 games once the cowboys miss the playoffs and will be looking for 30-35 million a year. The Steelers trusted Metcalf and a top 75 pick instead.

  27. Typical Woke take here — make Pickens out to be the victim. Pickens mishandled Pickens. Now he's in the ideal place — with a non -contender that trails in most fourth quarters, throws the ball a lot and pads stats. Would never have worked with the Stillers and their run-oriented, quick-throw offense, especially in a contract year.

  38. If Pickens was in Pittsburgh instead of DK, he would have DK's numbers or something similar. If they were both there, it might have worked but oline and QB are subpar and the offense will always be conservative.
