“Torrid” is such a strange choice of adjective here.
Agree 100% on the leadership role. This really feels like a turning point in terms of where the team is going. Started last March/April
When I hear Torrid, I think of that store in the mall. Damn the women that shop there get my motor going!
I thought torrid means bad?
Torrid is a perfectly cromulent word.
Tracey is one of my absolute faves.
Give him the C!
Check out Bedsy’s FO% too. Brought it up to 48% so far this year. Huge strides
If you’re critiquing the use of torrid, please provide your age. The word is common in NA sports to describe someone on a hot streak.
The thing about Bedard is he’s whatever 5th in the league scoring table, but there’s not another ‘Hawk ’til the tie for 71st. Three Avs in the top 10, Carlsson isn’t too far ahead of Gauthier and Terry, Nylander/Tavares/Knies plus of course McJesus/Draisatl.
Bedard and Celebrini are up their on their own as very young players. Impressive. And scary for their teams if they get hurt.
