I wonder who else we have been offered for Chinakhov

Yeah that’s a big no but damn do we need a top six because KJ, Chinny and Mony are not getting it done. Not to mention captain fall on the ice every play booner
They’re only gonna accept someone over 6’3 and only if they help us turtle.
Look for a Curtis Lazar type pick up.
I’m not entirely sure we’ve gotten other offers, or maybe nothing else close to serious. For what it’s worth I don’t think Robertson would’ve loved a move to Columbus. He wanted top 6 minutes also and sort of ended up in Toronto’s top 6 . He’s not built like an Evason guy so I’m guessing he’d be in a 4th line rotation here.
I feel like best course of action would be a potential trade for Tuch, hes built like a guy Evason would actually give minutes to, is in a contract year could we offer Boone/Chinny for Tuch and a pick?
For a second I was like WHAAAAAAAT WHY DIDN’T WE TAKE THAT then I realized it was Nick Robertson, not Jason Robertson. I was like…wtf, Stars, why you wanna trade Robo??
If Chinakhov’s name was Smith, no one would care about this guy. His name ends in -ov so he must be a superstar. He hasn’t done anything to warrant the attention people in this sub give to him. I’d be happy with a bag of pucks at this point just to be rid of the discussion.
Per the athletic trade board today:
1. Ranks 92th percentile of the NHL for speed
2. Ranks 98th percentile of the NHL for shot speed
So glad we are moving on from a person with these metrics.
