Jalen Hurts was asked if any frustrations have been brought directly to him: “I don’t wanna get into that, but no they haven’t though. Y’all [media] bring it to me.”

  1. Hurts is my favorite player I’ve ever watched and this really, really bums me out. Also crazy to see so many fans turn on him at the drop of a hat? DGunn is a has-been and WIP is a plague on sports media.

This man won us a superbowl THIS YEAR. It’s insane this is even anything! (and it’s not)

  2. Sports journalists have no use in the world anymore, and we’re at their death rattle. Twitter made it so literally I can do their job if I wanted. “Here’s a recap of the game we saw” or “this player tweeted this, wHaT dOeS iT mEaN????” All they are left with is to make shit up and see if it sticks.

Media doesn’t care about the team at all, they care about their job and the “so what do you actually do” conversation is looming on the horizon for them.

  3. Ok so if the report that “multiple people in the organization” having frustration with him is true, this admission pretty much clears any of the offensive coaches, who would probably bring this to him. So if it is true (and that’s a big if) it’s most likely AJ and others. And to that I say, yeah it tracks, and that’s cowardly to bring it to the media rather than talk to your QB and coaches.

Again, all of this with a grain of salt because it’s Philly media, but what a dumb story to create when the real focus should be fixing the mess of an offense

  4. Slow news season with all these people making clickbait comments and articles on meaningless speculation

  5. Let me get this right… the team wants to avoid turnovers and play conservatively as Sirianni has said dozens of times this year.

But they are also frustrated because they want the QB to force the ball into tight windows in zone coverage because that’s what they talk about during practice.

  6. I got a kick out of the fact that one of the examples cited by Seth Joyner was Hurts’ INT in the Giants game. That’s correct: his single interception this season. They’re going to run a franchise QB out of town by holding him to an impossible standard.

  7. No shit we’re 8-2 people.

The media sucks but the people are also still scarred from 2023 when a good record meant nothing when the team started falling apart.

  8. The offense is out of sync. But we are winning. We know how to overcome bad things and win a Super Bowl.

AJ is a beast, but he started this media shitstorm. STFU outside of the locker room.

Never, ever, ever, EVER let bad shit leak out of the locker room.

  9. I know we hold the guys to a high standard, but… come on. Philly media instigates so much. Why punish Hurts at the podium like this?

  10. Came here as a jets fan because when I read the headline it seemed so bizarre I couldnt believe a fan base had it so good they could criticize a reigning super bowl MVP with an 8-2 record and 107 passer rating. From what I’ve gathered your media just makes stuff up for the fuck of it

  11. Team is 8-2, we have a chance of repeating . We have a young team. Life is good. Enjoy the moment.
