I was at SAIT for school over the last two months. Attended Korn at the Saddledome and it was the first time I’ve ever been in there. You all deserve a new rink, and it’s going to look great when it’s done
Not sure if I’ve read this anywhere but does anyone know if they are going to build up a bar district / entertainment district directly next to the arena to the north (the empty land plots seen to the left in this image.)
Hoping for something kind of like a bar district and shopping area kind of like what Edmonton has with the ice district. Would be super lame to have it literally just be parking and an empty void next to twist should be one of the nicest arenas in the league.
