In your opinion, who is the most random ‘forgotten’ Spur in the past 5 years? Role players who were somewhat already known that you might not remember, suited up for the Spurs at one point. 🤔

  8. This post is made for Isaiah Roby. We signed him with high expectations and then waived him halfway through the season, and Spurs became the last NBA team he ever played for.

  18. Cedi Osman had a decent season with us during Wemby’s rookie year, so I won’t classify him as a “forgotten Spur”.

    He was the matching salary in the DeMar trade and we were going nowhere and he was kinda pissed to be spending one of his last years w a team w zero playoff aspirations. Pretty regular rumblings about how he’d like us to trade him already until we finally did. We did well to wait though, got to trade up a dozen spots into the first round and knocked it out of the park by taking Malaki Branham

    When Thad briefly would play, our back door pass rate would sky rocket. That guy loved dribbling at players and telling them to back cut

  22. This is post is also made for Joffrey Lauvergne. He had a set of powerful and confident post moves, and he always stayed aggresive attacking the rim, except the ball doesn’t go into the net. He did have that one game against Denver though.
