1. The Japanese star has been officially posted. 1B/3B Kazuma Okamoto has been posted by the Yomiuri Giants of Nippon Professional Baseball.
   All 30 MLB Clubs will have 45 days to negotiate with Okamoto.

   The 29-year-old slugger is a 6x NPB All-Star and led the Central League in homers 3 times. He was part of Japan’s World Baseball Classic championship team in 2023 and homered in the championship game against the United States.
