Draymond Green GOES OFF! Calls Norman Powell an ALL-STAR! Pat Riley Was RIGHT About Bradley Beal!

[Music] They called Pat Riley every name in the book when he didn’t want Bradley Beal to the point where thank God because Bradley Beal was pretty much begging to come to this team and I know a lot of people they wanted Kevin Durant, Bradley Beal, Donovan Mitchell, Dame and unfortunately those things didn’t fall through and to be honest I honestly like where the Miami Heat are at right now. Bradley Beal, he never played meaningful basketball really ever since he left the Washington Wizards. He’s been he’s never been available honestly as a true NBA player. Thank god we didn’t give up any assets even though at the time it would have been minimal assets. But look, same thing with Dame. Dame didn’t work out. He ended up tearing his Achilles. Look at Donovan Mitchell. What has Donovan Mitchell done more than the Miami Heat? And he’s had a better team on paper than the Miami Heat. Of course, I would still love for those guys to come to Miami at that time, but even with Donovan Mitchell, like I said, with Darius Garland, with Mobley, with Jiren Allen, what has he done more than the Miami Heat? Pat Riley was right about it all. So, Draymond Green wants people to quit bashing Bradley Beal because Norman Powell is playing well. Norman is playing at an all-star level. He’s abs, bro, he’s balling right now. Last, what? Last night, he had 38 and will probably be an all-star this year. He better be an all-star. Can we just give Norman the love he deserves and not tear down Bradley Beal? Well, we’re not really trying to tear down Bradley Beal. We’re trying to tear down the Clippers. Why would the Clippers not pay him after the season Norman Pal had? I don’t understand why would you let a guy like that go that helped carry the team with James Harden when Kawhai was out? You know, you can’t even count on Kawhai to play 10 games. So, you’re telling me that you pretty much refused to pay him after they pretty much told him, “Oh, don’t worry. We love you. We’re going to keep you. Backstab him. Don’t pay him.” And then they trade him to Miami. Thank God. And you guys honestly thought that Bradley Beal was going to give you guys the same production at as Norman Pal at a somewhat of a decent or a cheaper rate. That’s just absolute foolishness to me. Included this year. Norman Pal is playing at an all-star level and will probably be an all-star this year. So for everybody trying to use Norm’s play, just give Norm his love. Norman has been getting better and better and better and better since he came into this league. Can we just give Norman Pow the love that he deserves and not try to tear Bradley Bill down and oh man you and you this because he’s not playing right now at the level that Norman Pow’s playing, but he’s also not making the money that Norman Pow’s making. So when you all try to like mix these things in and try to make um 1 plus 1 equals 6, that don’t add up. So miss me with that. Miss me with that. Finding Norman Pow was one of the best things that ever happened to this Miami Heat team. We finally have a guy that can score the basketball at all three levels. Then you’re pairing him pairing him with Wiggins, Bam, Tyler. Honestly, this is probably one of the best moves that Pat Riley has ever made within the past few seasons. Like I said, you get a guy to where now the offense doesn’t get bogged down. You can actually score in the fourth quarter. You’re not going three, four, five minutes without scoring. Also too, you’re able to maintain leads. You’re also able to at least score with these because there’s teams actually dropping 150. If you cannot score in the NBA in 2025, you are cooked. There’s no way that you’re going to be able to keep up with these teams if you cannot put the ball in the basket. That’s why this offense is going to be so dangerous because you’re telling me that when Tyler Herro comes back, you can’t double anybody. If you try to double Norman Pal, Tyler’s open, Wiggins is open. If you try to double bam, now he has three shooters in Wiggins, Powell, and Tyler. Now we have an offense to where everyone can flourish, everyone can be successful. We’re all playing off each other. And the Miami Heater are actually playing fast for once. Now you have Asia Wilson on Bamaya. He’s perfect. He can do no wrong. And obviously, he’s human, but you know, the support that he that he gives always, it’s just incredible to think that I’ve kind of met my match. Could you imagine if Bama had the same aggressiveness as Asia Wilson? Asia Wilson is one of the most dominant WNBA players I’ve seen in a very long time. She really is in the GOAT conversation. Could you imagine if Bam had that just that veracity that that man, I’m telling you, people don’t realize how how much Bam does for this Miami Heat team? And I think people are starting to realize that now because when you don’t have Bam that can guard one through five, he’s giving you 20 and 10 and elite defense and anchoring the defense. Not only is he playing great defense, but he’s anchoring the whole team’s defense. This Miami Heat team is nothing without Bama Debio. Okay. But, uh, talking about support and hype. Yeah. Okay. So, you get inducted. Congratulations, into the University of South Carolina’s Hall of Fame. And then you give your induction speech and and and Bam. Okay. And I mean, Bam. Your boyfriend Bam who plays for the Miami Heat. The first time we heard you say boyfriend like that. Uh, and but I got to say, we see him at your games with your family and that. How have you all been able to support each other as professional athletes? It’s just what we do. I think we that’s our foundation that we just built when our relationship kind of first started. And we were just like, you know, this isn’t going to be easy. Uh, obviously with our schedules and our lifestyle, but at the end of the day, if we want if we want it to work, we’re going to make it work for each other. And when we see the behind the scenes, when we see the down days, the good days, you know, you have to show up because you know how hard it took like the work that it took to get to that point. So, he’s he’s in my eyes he’s perfect. Obviously, he’s human, but you know, the support that he gives always, it’s just it’s incredible. Trust me when I tell you, I know, guys, it’s been tough without Tyler Rabam. They should be back any time now. This Miami Heat team is going to shock the NBA. We’re going to the Eastern Conference Finals this season and we’re definitely going to the NBA finals if this Miami Heat team can stay healthy.
