As this video has pointed out, Cam Ward and the Titans have gone against 8 Top 10 defenses including five matchups against defenses in the Top 5. The Seahawks are the 6th best defense in both scoring and yards allowed
OK and? We put up 10 points against the Raiders 24th ranked defense and it took literal magic to be able to score against the Cardinals 25th ranked defense. We ass no matter what team we face
Nothing helps pad your defensive stats like playing the worst team in the league.
The difficult opponents aren’t why we look like the worst team in the league week after week. Being the worst team in the league is why we look like that.
Still waiting for a breakout game this season, but that seems unlikely to happen.
Ok. In 14 months or so, maybe everything with this team, quarterback included, will look more settled.
So this explains all the dropped passes?
Trade down and draft 8 O Linemen and receivers.
I think this explains why Callahan was fired when he was. The first 4 games were against tough defenses, then he got bailed out by craziness against the Cardinals and put up an absolute stinker against the Raiders. Cam has shown a bit improvement if you look at his stats and efficiency since Callahan was fired, but realistically this team should have at most 2 wins with the SOS. We’ll see if the “easier” SOS for the rest of the season results in more wins.
If we trade out I’m in favor over taking a wr over edge
Don’t worry. All of the Cam haters won’t ever attend home games, either. So, anybody that does will have a great time talking to other fans about the nitty gritty about football and having a Rookie QB. Cam is looking god against top defenses and I’m here for it. He hasn’t once faltered from the his position. He’s owned everything that’s happened AND he’s the only player to play 100% of offensive snaps this year.
We’ve got a stud. Beef up the OL and DL and the rest will take care of itself. Titan UP!
I heard Greg Cosell talking about the throw to Chig. He threw it when Chig was on the 30, he caught it at the 10, and Ward was being hit as he threw. Very good throw. There are flashes.
Definitely would like to see them help him out!!
Common denominator here… Maybe their defense are uplifted because they all played the titans
Maybe they’re the top defenses because they got that easy cupcake versus the Titans

We were actually projected to have a somewhat easy strength of schedule going into the season. Gets easier going forward but it doesn’t really matter.
