Shai will go down as the greatest OKC player of all time but Russ will always be our hero.
Anyone who’s followed OKC from the SS days would know how Westbrook laid the foundation to what OKC is today.
Whether it be from picks or the culture.
A part of my saltiness for what KD did comes from how it affected Russ.
I honestly believe his time with Lakers really tarnished the whole image, especially since the Lakers FO blew up a championship winning roster for it and the backlash just went stupid.
He’s still an incredible player.
We will resign him for a day so he retires a Thunder player. Russ is polarizing for some people, but to me he’s always the Thunder GOAT. Him and Nick Collison laid down on the razor wire so guys like SGA could succeed.
Did he die?
He doesn’t deserve to be in Sacramento of all places
