  9. It might not happen this year, but the players around the league see this absolutely natural camaraderie in that locker room. It WILL manifest into something special. I love the players on this team. I love the coach. This is different. Cowboys fans are in for a treat because they are about to find out over the course of the next few years how special this group is. They arent a collection of contracts. They want to win for each other – and that is just about unheard of in the NFL. Coach is a major part of bringing that culture here.

    Like I said – it might not be this year, but this is the best "team" in the NFL by far.

    And the fans notice this – which makes the fans part of it. I dont know if I speak for everyone, but there is a different feeling about this group. Cowboys score, fans are happy for themselves because their team scored. If Dak and Pickens connect for a score, we are happy for Dak and Pickens.

    It hits different. Keep picking away at it. This team WILL BE special.

    I can't wait to see what they do.
