Brian Cashman keeping Cody Bellinger is on the list of priorities this offseason #shorts

First order of business, we got Gisham in the fold. So that, you know, one of our big big uh hitters and defenders is back. Um so that solves one area of our our needs, but you know, we have two big important free agents that left us. Christian was one, Bellinger is another. We’d love to have Bellinger come back. Uh I talked to Scott Boris yesterday about Belly and other free agents of his. I’ve talked to Casey Close today about his free agents. He’s got Kyle Tucker, um you know, amongst others. Uh so you know uh that’s that’s the nature of the beast in the winter. But yes uh we have concerns in the be our rotations on paper going to be really good when healthy but we start the season with Rodon and Cole recovering from their surgeries. So they won’t start probably till May. Uh and because of that obviously there’s some vulnerability on the front end of the season with that. So if I can fortify the rotation a little bit and you want to make sure the other guys stay healthy that’s always a risk. Um, we got some good young pups pushing up. So, you saw what Cam Slipper did, but we got other guys behind the scenes that they are making a name name for themselves. ERC, Lan, uh, to name a few. But, but ultimately, I think, yes, importing pitching both on the rotation and the bullpen. We lost Weaver and Devin Williams out of the bullpen to free agency and those guys were important pieces to build bridges to get to our closer Bednar. So, uh, so we got a lot of work to do.
